The Grand Omah Sastro really deserves the grand in its name. it is the best place to stay in Yogjakarta. The rooms were absolutly clean, confortable and nice. Above all the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. In this place you can really learn what hospitality and kindness means. We had a problem with a non valid flight ticket, which was already paid but not valid.So one of the beautiful ladies from the reception took four hours of her time to accompany us to the ticket office, phone the airline and she did not rest until we got our valid ticket.Thank you so much. During the pouring rain at night time another guy from the staff took his motorbike and bought us a delicious dinner which he brought to the room. Thank you for making our trip to Yogjakarta so meaningful, unforgettable and beautiful. We can recomand the Grand Omah Sastro to anyone. We were not treated as strangers but as part of a family. These are the experiences that make travelling so wonderful. Terima kasih! See you next time in Yogjakarta. For sure.
