This is a budget hotel... newly renovated few months back. Locationwise is good, near to harbor bay (reachable by walking distance) but difficult to find as it goes deep inside shophouse complex. Room is clean. A bit stain in the bedsheet but its okay actually. I dont feel itchy after spending a night. You have 40 inch led tv with varous channel. Hot water is great as well. No concern. Downside is that at night there is a pub neraby with very loud music. Suggest to choose room without window. Overall is ok
