It was a good hotel with friendly and helpfull staffs. I walked-in on Saturday afternoon (7/May/16) as I was disappointed by another hotel which I booked a month before through the reservation agent or its staff. So I walked nearby and found Grand Tiga Mustika Hotel. The receptionist, Ms. Yuliana, welcomed warmly, provided clear information and made a good offer! I took the family room with reasonable rate including dinner and breakfast, local newspaper and wifi connection. Hotel has pool and close access to main road and Bakapai Park. There were minor issues which I could tolerate, such as, dinner needs dessert and hot/cold drinks for completion. Telephone and mirror lighting were not working but was soon fixed by engineering. We were 3 adults but there were only 2 bath towels but it was delivered soon when requested. Overall it didn't ruin my stay there. Nice courtesy and service too by Sisju Adi, responsible for the Housekeeping but he's quite going around the area. Any inquiries were also delivered to room immediately. Good hotel and staffs service to stay! Will stay there again when visiting my brother and recommend to my friends.
