Stayed here for a overnight halt - walkable to the temple - lovely place - clean and had basic amenities provided. Store is right opposite in case anything is required.

It's a quite neighborhood and is good for a stop over.

Cozy and comfortable

Was really overawed by the picture on the website.  I was lost and was picked up by a staff member. the frontage did not look like what I expected. it was quite frustrating to see the property nestled between two huts. The sight of hens and goats strutting about was nauseating. The rooms were ok. May be they were new. But the fans hadn't been wiped for months. The room stated stinking as soon as the a/c was put on. There were jus no ventilation.as soon as we opened the vent in the kitchen the smell of the gutter wafted in. Couldn't dare to take their support for dinner. The guys were friendly but did not give me any bill. The only reason I could all be wrong is because next day I got a mail from the site saying "my booking stands cancelled because it was a no show". 

Not what expected

Don't even think of staying.... Place filled with cockroaches.... Smelly place... Horrible kitchen.... 

Caretaker agrees to all conditions during initial conversation.... Collects full cash in advance.... During stay keeps pestering us to vacate early..... Horrible stay with family....

To begin with, they gave the wrong address. This is not on the main road (Melur Road). It was on a side street (Garuda Ave) which is really nasty
The building was under construction, Our first floor flat was just four walls and a tv and a geyser
The air conditioner was dripping water through out the stay but it did keep the room cold
There were roosters and dogs, next door,  which kept making a racket late at night and early in the morning.
The views from the window were nasty. Please see pictures.
The rate was exorbitant. We paid INR 2500 per night
This is by far the worst place that I have stayed at in the last 20 years.
