The hotel is located in prime area . The staff was definetly courteous and the rooms were worth the money we are paying for . Infact one of the economical hotels in the location . The restrooms were fine and could hv been better . Breakfast was good . Don't expect luxury .

 their reception,and food arrange ments were good,but no phone connection  in the room,additionally they arranged good taxi  for us to complete our local work.location is good  for rail and bus travellers

Decent stay - Economical

goood reception

An average hotel providing decent stay. Do not go there by looking at the pictures. Please see the rooms before you book one for yourself in case you are planning to stay. The staff are pretty decent as well. *Average*

Decent place!!!

Seems ther was confusion regarding payment between cleartrip and hotel.Toilet are bit old...rooms average.car parking is conjusted and way to  underground parking is too narrow.Toilets and parking require immediate attention...

By mistake I booked thinking it is Peal Regency in August 2012 . When I went to Pearl Regency I came to know that I booked in Park regency. And there was no rooms available.So I forced to go to Park Regency ,There is no entrance from side (Mullassery Tower is in front). We went to the reception , can not call a reception . The lift was stinking and I thought I will adjust the Room for One day.After paying Rs.1600 , went to the rooms ,got fed up of the room with dirty Toilet and total bad smell , My family was not ready to stay there for more than a second. So I asked the receptionist to return the money and was told that it is not returnable. So I scolded him and went to Pooram International and experienced a 5 star stay for 2300 . The Reviews favourable to this hotel are posting by the Hotel Staff's with different names or by mistake thinking it is PEARL REGENCY. Do not get cheated. Visit the rooms before paying money.
