Such fond memories from this place. I came to stay in February, desperate for some rest and heat and generally some time out from a chilly hectic winter in the uk . I was warmly welcomed with petals scattered and sweet incense filling the air. The room was squeaky clean and a huge big bed with plenty of room and though the authentic dark wood it didn’t seem dark like some places . The staff were more than happy to help with any questions. It became like family. I feel so so lucky to have found Amrutham. So much so that within a few days of my Ayurveda and yoga package I already decided to return at the end of the month to complete my stay in kerala. The food was just delicious , masses of it!! Always fresh and accommodating to all dietary needs and within the realms of what your dosha requires. The girls that made everything so spotlessly clean , sweeping and making me feel well looked after . My delightful warm hearted therapist Sunita was faultless. I felt incredibly well cared for. I miss that . Vandana; ever helpful and warm hearted . The yoga was thorough . Kind. Complete with both asana , pranayama and meditation . I will return again and would recommend this place for anyone that wants to step away . Thank you team Amrutham. I’m ever grateful x Emma
