This is our third stay, took the larger room with the city view. Great wooden decor, beautiful ambient lighting. Clean rooms, very courteous staff, help you with travel plans. TV all channels subscribed, drinking water available on request, there is a bubble top on each floor. There is a spa that we didn't try. Excellent location of property - stone throw away from Charing cross, close to food, transport and shopping hot spots. One of the oldest pioneers of lodging in Ooty. Bathroom gets hot water till 10:30 AM. There an adjoining restaurant managed by a different management (Kerala guy). Avoid this, nothing mallu about the food, very limited options, food's cold/undercooked, service so so, but 10% off for khems guests. There are a dozen great eateries within 200m walk, and swiggy works great too.
