The GM, Mr. Abdul Basheer, Shihab and Nandhu at the Reception, Jinesh at F&B Service and the house keeping staff Gireesh are the few people that we would like to mention who go an extra mile to satisfy their guest. As me and my wife are from the hospitality industry and we have traveled to many places, we very well know about this difference. They give a comfort that makes you feel at home. Sulthan Bathery was a new place to me even though I hail from Kerala. They all made my trip so memorable, happy and make us feel like going back to Sulthan Bathery just to enjoy their service. Outstanding service is just a word that is not enough for what we enjoyed. Spacious and comfortable rooms with cozy beds worth each penny spent. For every traveler who wish to choose Wayand as their holiday destination, we suggest and advise them to go to this hotel blindfolded, as they will take care of you for sure. The promoter of this property has a theater very close to the property which is an added advantage for families and every other traveler. The booking can be done from the hotel's reception which is an additional facility. We would like to thank MD, Mr.Jose, Director, Mr.Peter K Jose for their extended support during our stay. A special thanks to GM, Mr. Abdul Basheer for his unimaginable hospitality and kind gestures. No words are enough to describe fully what we experienced at this Resort. We will definitely go back to this Resort.
