Hotel Satyartha

Rooms were very good and clean. Staff was very co-operative and was available whenever it was required. Just 30 meters from railway station make it best option to stay.
If someone is planning to visit kumaon then this is a very good option to stay

Good hotel with decent staff

We had planned a trip to Mukteshwar and reached Haldwani at around 11.30 PM.
Satyartha is bang opposite Kathgodam station and is a decent option for a night stay. It seems like a new construction - hence the rooms are in good shape.
Didnt get a chance to eat their food / try their room service.
However, the staff (all of 2 people) were fairly helpful in arranging extra beds, bedsheets, etc.

All in all, a decent option for an overnight stay before beginning your journey into Kumaon.

Decent option for an overnight stay

Got assaulted by manager after not letting  me get  my food.paid money in advance  and got punches.in return revised got hit by staff security n owners son.its big shame  for the city that goons are running hotel.what a Dr from other state will do when I got assaulted n got hit by 15 people? It's big shame  no law.

Shocking experience

This hotel is one of the worst i have ever seen at the price they charge.they charged 2000 for overnight stay. The rooms are not cleaned ever it seems..... the room as well as bathroom was full of mosquitoes and there were cob webs all over. Bathroom walls had stains of  pan spitting. 

services were all the more pathetic. We were asked to take the towels soap (toiletries) on our own from reception. AC remote is not given to u...they will set the temperature and go...if you need to change you have to call them all the time. Phone in room does not work. Rooms do not have hot water and when asked for bucket of hot water it did not arrive even after half an hour. Since we had to catch 8.50 am train we had to leave without having shower. For anything you have to ask for multiple times.

just because its near the station they charge so much and take you for granted. The boys behave as if they are obliging you by providing services.

Pathetic service....filthy place...sheer waste of money

I chose this hotel to stay overnight and catch train next day morning to delhi. Though the room was big but it was unclean, there was too much mosquitos, as much as i had to ask them to get a goodnight, light a coil and also use a spray in the room. Basic facilities lacked e.g. there was no restsurant in it, in fact indpite of taking breakfsdt order one hour in sdvance, they couldnt serve it! They charged INR 1500 which was complete waste. I would warn all future guests to check in with proper expectation and if possible to avoid this hotel.

Very poor, doesnt worth

Poor service no TV working no phone in room you have to scream to call for service and poor behaviour of staff and no proper bed for drivers don’t go this hotel ever hope they will improve but right time is not to visit this hotel satyarth  very very poor in service and facility’s

Poor hotel in Haldwani is satyarth

The room was not even clean. All the power powerborda are damged, you can't charge your mobile. Bathroom not clean and stinck so bad. Dustbin dead lizard. The sofa in room so sticky you can't put your hands. 7 dyas I stayed there no bed bed sheet change
