During my Kashmir tour with my family, I stayed for 1 night in Royal Group's houseboat Royal Crystel. The stay was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The rooms were very clean. The food was very delicious. After 5 days of spicy hotel food, I got home-like food. I could not ask the name of the cook, but the caretaker Mr. Hilal provided very good service. For this I would like to thank Mr. Rafiq Dar of TMG. I have visited Kashmir 4 times with my family and this was my best houseboat experience.
