Food was very tasty and all time we experienced new cuisines and especially on our all day food it is out of my words. Mr Raj (room boy) is a thoroughly helpful person and his all-time smile on face makes us very comfortable.

There is only one word for this hotel "Excellent". At first staff working here is superb. No hasselment. And no need to worry. Every room has superb view. And finally the food the served is superb. From my side 10 out of 10.

It was wonderful and full of entertainment tour. The tour was well managed by Ms Saniya. Food aala residency was excellent. Stay was comfortable & decent. Driver Riyaz was helpfull and humble. Will definitely recommend  aala group to my family & friends. thank you.

A truly amazing and memorable trip it was majorly because of Ms. Hina our tour planner who arranged and planned everything so well to make our stay really comfortable enjoyable and hassle free.Hospitality, food and welcoming spirit of these  people is really commendable and that too at very reasonable and pocket friendly rates.Our driver Waseem was really nice sensible and fun to be with. I eagerly wait to have another trip soon with the same and have also recommended it to some of my friends.

Really awesome trip to Kashmir with Aala group..majorly credited to Ms. Hina our  trip planner

Working as a Chief technology officer for a technology start up in Bangalore. Reached srinagar today for 7N/8D trip.

Day 0 :Ashiq came 30 minutes late and greated us at the airport and taken us around the Srinagar and showed Jama Masjid, old city, Hazratbal , badamwari garden, kasti ride and dropped us to Aala hotels.

Dinner was pretty good with Dum Alu, Bindi, Dhal, salads etc. after repetitive effort we got hot water. Would be good to have a kettle in the room. No balconies in the room, no special Dining place as everything is served in the room.

Day 1 : For Breakfast we are offered chola, Bathura Requested to provide bread, toast, cereals , fruits from tomorrow.

Aashiq came late again today at 9.17 am and taken around Sona marg. Really liked his simplicity. Enjoyed the scenic beauty and went around to the zero point on Pony, taken lot of photographs.

Day 2: Today we are offered bread, jam and Banana for breakfast. Ashiq came late again, we are ok as he is good. But hope Aala will take care of the punctuality in timing

Ashiq has taken us to Doodhpatri, fantastic place. In fact I personally like it more than Sonmarg. We did pony raid for close to 2 hours. Taken snaps wearing Kashmir couple dresses. Such a mesmerising place. While coming back had Makka butta, kawa chai etc.

My visit to Kashmir through Aala

We were scouting for a travel agency in jan-feb 2019 to book for a week's tour in J and K. Got in contact through net and were promised a good time and hence booked package through them. Because we were from Bangalore, best thought to go via package. Even though they tried their best in some places, they just didn't have enough information in advance as to what should be done to move tourists from Katra to Srinagar on Convoy days. Felt very bad when they said to arrange for a self mode of transport for which they would reimburse later. Somehow they realised that if they being in the business can't arrange one, how should we be able to do it? somehow it got resolved but a lot of time was lost in the process. Please don't book breakfast plan. If possible, take only dinner plan. That is the only thing worth. Rooms are just about ok. House boat Electric blankets were not working and had a very cold night and bad experience with the helpers on the boat. The thing that was really good and nice were the Toyota Etios car marked for us throughout the tour with good drivers and who helped us take us for sightseeing and made that portion wonderful. They warned us of what to expect in pehelgam, Gulmarg, and Sonmarg with respect to pony scamsters. If we didn't bargain hard, we would have been scammed by these people to nearly 30000 bucks. Be very careful and don't believe any ponywalah stories. Max 1k for a pony at pehelgam, 500 at Gulmarg (with sightseeing, which is another hoax) and Sonmarg you just need a pair of gum boots at max 100 per pair. You can walk all the way (take the tar road route). Say firmly to all sledding people at all places max 100 per person. Fix the distance and not points ( very important), otherwise you are in for a bad experience. Bargain hard and stick to your price, they will refuse at first but will come back to you later. Don't worry. Applicable for everything at Gulmarg. This is for April 2019. Experience with respect to sightseeing and on the road view points and stopping where we felt views were good was simply fantastic. Better not talk about politics or express your patriotic feelings with anyone there. They have been simply brainwashed systematically from past two decades about India being their Enemy state and that the Government of India is useless to them.

Aala tours and travels - Jammu and Kashmir

Hotel service are very bad....they have electricity issue and won't start genrator while you not told him also equipment(geyser, heater)not proper working. Hotel is far from market and no much more staff for separate work. Overall bed experience with hotel.

Poor service

Its not a 3 star hotel but its like a guest house .Food is not at all Good.Service is good.

This makes very un-Happiest trip in our life history dues to wrong propaganda and advertisements and over confidential with whole misguidance etc. For grabbing the customers and passengers clients etc.
