Good experience  in this hotel quite good service as compare too other hotels eveyonevwas very helpful regarding my stay I would really thanks too all of the staffs too my stay memorable foods was also very tasty and delicious I hope too visit soon

The service here is great. Rooms are clean. Food is good. Sabina take care of all our requirements with grace. Balcony view is great. Beds and washrooms are clean. Hot water is available all the times which is big plus. Overall experience is awesome.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here in summit grace boutique hotel.
Though we had little prblm with the wifi which was not connecting in our room,room were clean and we got to see the view of kanchunjanga.
One of the best part was the service of resturant specially miss sabina , very helpful and friendly, We enjoyed the food it was delicious.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay at summit Grace , Darjeeling.  We loved the location and view, foods were delicious.
Staffs were very welcoming and helpful , especially from the restaurants staff Miss Sabina , Mr. Vivek and mr. Phinchok they gave us the best service , they have taken our care  and provided us everything that we needed with an ease.

Comfortable stay. Excellent staffs. Always ready to do the needful of guests. Restaurant staffs were amazing. Especially Saraswati and beevek were awesome in their support towards our stay. No second thought in choosing the hotel again.

Nice experience with team Summit enjoyed the stay rooms are very clean food was also very good the best part of the hotel was the staff are really hospitable warm and very friendly and yes if the weather is clear you  will see the best view of Darjeeling from hotel itself definitely going to visit again.

The rooms were amazing and we were given an upgrade for free. The view is something to die for and the service is too good. Must visit hotel if you are in Darjeeling. The rooms are clean and huge. 5 star rating. 

It was pleasant stay in summit grace. Though the weather during January is extremely cold but the hotel staff made sure to give a warm stay and sleep inside our rooms. Very friendly staffs and the services are very fast. The food quality is also superb. Niyati at reception guided us about the sites need to be cover. The rooms are very cleaned and the staff are very active and gave room cleaning services at night too. Even you can enjoy the site views from the personal balcony too. Overally it was a wonderful experience in Darjeeling.

Good service by miss sabina

Best service

The hotel is away from Darjeeling centre but it has a great view to see the third highest Himalayan peak. The place is comfortable but the real asset are the staff. The staff are flexible to our needs and are willing. 
Food in the restaurant are reasonable priced and good. 
The common area and the dining area are cold. It would benefit from heating and music to create ambience. Wifi is unstable pending where you are located. 

Comfortable with great staff.

This is definitely the most beautiful hotel with most beautiful view I've ever stayed at. Staff behavior is outstanding kind and helpful. Miss Niyati and muskan from the reception,  remilla from the housekeeping staff were very helpful.  
I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. And myself will come along with my family to stay at Summit grace when i come to visit Darjeeling again.
