Agro Stone Cottage

Hi everyone ! As we (Me and my better half) were carrying our pet (Adorable "Lassa Apso" named CUPID ) along with us on this road trip from Mumbai to Shimla it wasn't easy to find the right accomodation for three of us as most of the hotels do not allow pets. As per our booking we finally arrived at hotel Wood park (another pet friendly hotel), but were terrified looking at the condition of the room. So we started looking for another option. Finally after hours of calling and surfing over the internet we found AGRO STONE's number. I fixed the deal and early in the morning we shifted to Agro stone. The manager was extremely pleasant and mild mannered and so were the helpers and housekeeping staff. As the manager has his own German shepherd dog it was a sigh of relief that my Cupid will be taken care of. The room we got was a family deluxe room, two large size rooms with large beds and one pantry / kitchen to cook your own meal a fairly large bathroom and a small veranda.Upholstery was spic and span. All rooms flooring was carpet clad. As we started our trips on the mesmerising shimla roads visiting various places. i was totally relying on the Agrostone staff for the well being of my Cupid, and did they take care of Cupid? Yes they did it splendidly, amazing hospitality, me and my love we both used to enjoy evenings at a small tinnie-tiny shack just outside the hotel rooms with an arangement of small evening lights and music sytem and used to relax and have dinners out there. The quality of the food was awesome. and Let me tell you one major thing about the food. The preparation will take time as the Agrostone staff gives you fresh food itmes and not pre-prepared food items kept in fridge they will surely tell you that once you check in, so take it seriously. But for the sake of fresh piping hot food its worth the wait. amazingly Cupid also had a great time having long strolls on Shimla roads and of course the road trip. The manager is such a lovely person and so friendly and helpfull and the staff specially Mr. Dilip, are extremely helpfull and such a amazing person. I would recommend you all to have a go at it as it is on of the most comfortable and affordable cottages in Shimla. Would surely like to visit Agrostone again next time i visit Shimla. Till then it's all beautiful memories and smiles that we gathered out there....
