We stayed in the Hotel for Two Nights as this hotel was chosen by our Tour Operator. The Rooms were Big and Comfortable. There  is Free Wifi in Lobby and also in the Rooms. The Tariff was competitive. Service Excellent.

Pros: The biggest plus point was the open view from our room (605).  The room was spacious. Service was very prompt. This hotel is conveniently placed close to market and temple.  Just opposite the hotel is a good utility shop.
Cons: Previous toiletries were not removed from the bathroom
          Bathroom fittings were in bad shape, the soap dish was so wobbly
          Food was a big problem.  Most of the items on the menu were not available.  In spite of this the kitchen staff refuses to prepare simple potato curry we asked for.  Breakfast items mentioned in the menu like cornflakes and oates were not made available, until we bought cornflakes from the market and asked them to serve us for breakfast.
The reception desk was not aware of the current status of the Tiger wild life sanctuary, which was actually closed for tiger census. We wasted our good money hiring a cab and going all the way.  
This place has a lot to learn from the world of hospitality!

This hotel is close to the Saravanakumar selvarathnam store and driving distance to shopping and pilgrimage. The restaurant is good and the ambience is very much better. The rooms are spacious. The reception is not in prominent place and is isolated.

Very good and comfortable stay with many amenities. Ample car parking. 24 hours room service. Spacious room with AC. Free wifi. We had a good experience. Recommended hotel. clean and neat. Good bathroom.

Nice hotel with good facilities, it could be better if the centralised aircon system was cleaned on a regular basis to avoid the fungal smell and also the vent duct in the bathrooms to be cleaned on a regular basis as there is no proper ventilation if the vent duct was blocked.

A Comfortable Hotel to Stay

Very good stay

Good hotel

A good hotel with an average maintenance. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are ok with poor maintenance. 24 hrs hot water supply is available. The restaurant is below average with few items on the menu. It is very near to the bus station and passport seva office. Ppl who looks for a decent place to stay who comes for a business trip this place is an OK choice.

Fairly Clean hotel but there is crack in all 4 room we booked and not well maintained. Ideally located on the south bypass road. The restaurant serves good food. The staff at front desk, restaurant & housekeeping were polite and helpful. Need improvement on maintenance

Family hotel

Not worth the money they charged us.

We stayed for one night and faced small cockroaches, torn bed sheets , dirty walls. 

Only good thing about it was the included breakfast which by the way was delivered at the room .

Not worth spending 2500 per night at all.
