Hotel Arsh Palace

We visited Rampur with a large marriage party of 20 people and explored various hotels in the city. Our priorities we of course facility, amenities, cleanliness, services, security as the marriage party and proximity to other locations. At the end of the trip, we were happy that we selected Arsh Palace. The rooms were relatively large and clean with fresh bedding and toiletries with good bathrooms, unlike other hotels nearby. the service were round the clock. Security wise the hotel main door is locked after 12 till 7 am. Room for improvement, yes, they can have another security man in back side of the hotel and window latches need to be secured. Their conference hall is busy with daily activities of exams or offices meetins which make the entrance crowded. Perhaps a separate floor or entrance to the conference hall will make the hotel guests more relaxed. Problem with duplicate needs to be resolved. The entrance of the hotel is via a small lane crowded with tea stalls etc but there isnt much can be done there. Good points are the hotel owners making frequent visit to the hotel to ensure good services. One manager available 24X7 for any assistance. Waiters and service staff are quick to respond. Some good ones remembered are Nishad, Raju, Sunny, Faiz, Owais. The rates are reasonable and hotel menu is unbelievable. For example the water bottle is at the same rate as from outside market! As a marriage party we had planned to take Hilton Moradabad for the married couple but changed our mind and booked them in Arsh palace as well. There is ample free space available on each floor to roam around, relax and chill.
