Stayed in this resort for a night. Rooms are comfy, toilets were clean... Located in a quiet place and no outside disturbance. Service is very good...Overall comfy experience, recommended place to stay if you are in Rajkot...Only challenge I found is entrance which is a bit confusing as hotel is located on 3rd and 4th floors,

I was in Rajkot for official visit and had the oppurtunity to stay at Galaxy Hotel. The entrance was a little confusing at it is located on the upper floors of a shopping complex.
Once at the Reception it was ok.
I was checked in immediately and given a nice big room.

It is a centrally located hotel and is accessible easily.
Though it is in a commercial complex it still has a peacefulness.
Rooms are very spacious.
Linen is clean.
Bathrooms are clean.
In room dining is available. Won't comment about taste as I didn't have anything.
Room service has a scope for improvement.
Front desk people are helpful.

Good hotel nr. Railway station in Rajkot

Good place

Travelled solo for business and stayed in Galaxy by Mango for 2 N & 3D. Its on main road but the entrance to hotel is very shabby, its from between the market and a dark entrance through lift lobby, staircase are very bad and damp.
Inside an average looking hotel, seems a bit overpriced for the price paid. 
Did not tried their food as they also order from some other restaurant i the vicinity. They serve only Gujrati thali in their restaurant.

Average hotel, location is not great

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen... Room services were not up to the mark..only Ac works fine.. 

Pillows and bedsheets were dirty and smelling 
Curtains had dirty spots of tobaco.. 
 Our room had Cockroaches and mosquitoes . 
Bathrooms are not up to the mark. 
Shipping and mopping was not done before checkin... 
Food was ok. 
Lobby and at the entrance of hotel smells very bad.. 

Hotel Should stop taking Online booking if renovation is going on... 

Strongly not recommended.... 

Galaxy hotel nagative review

We got there late and were able to get a room that was on 4th floor.
The room was big and spacious.... Thats the only good thing about the hotel...

The room had a heavy smelling air.. 
There were cockroaches all around.. 
The bed looked as if slept on as had sand / not dusted 
The bathroom tub had some hair -yuck!!!
Amenities very local
No complimentary drinking water as in many hotels
Had dirty stained sofas that i dreaded to sit on...
AC was not cold enough!!
Their Buffet Breakfast was very basic !!
Their entrance downstairs is from a parking that was stinking strongly of urine
Value for money very high compared to their service and dirty hotel..

DIRTY!!!!!!

please don't book this hotel at whatever rate they offer. There are pest and coackroches all around.

Only good thing is location. It's in centre of city else it's no no....

Worst hotel ever visited 👎🏻very old building and hotel in an building at 3 rd floor😨seriously should never have a stay there .very unhygienic and dirty towels were provided .there are no amenities provided

Wedding stay

I booked this hotel through OYO for two nights.

It’s very difficult to find the location of this hotel.

The keys to your room don’t work. You need to call reception everytime when u need to open the door as the keys are not working.
Food they call from outside if u order anything on the menu. 
Overall a worst experience
