Wonderful Budget and Family friendly stay. Easy accessible for all parts of port blair. Just 400mts away from Chatham jetty where we should take a ferry if we are planning to visit Havelock, neil and back. Staffs are the best, well mannered, very helpful and the Manager Aman is the best of all. Surely recommend and will definitely visit again.

Brilliant view bang opposite the beach for a stunning sunrise view. Good lobby. Our highlight was the amazing food by Prakash ji n Prashantji. We had ordered veg food only which was very homely. Aman was a nice host. They really made you feel at home and relaxed. Truly a place to visit if you are in port blair.

Aman is an excellent host. He attended to our needs personally. Even the others were very helpful. They were at our beck and call and made our stay very pleasant. The place is also very clean. We enjoyed the meals which were homemade and catered to our taste.

The hotel staff and owners are too good and caring . Literally these people are the best we have seen in our life. Hotel rooms were too good . The sea view was the best u could get to relax and enjoy ur vacation . Cleaning was too good and neat . Staff were too caring and responsible

The best part is the sea view property where you can see sunrise from your bed,, yes it is and adjacent to Haddo jetty so catching up the early morning ferry is very easy. Staff is very cooperative and humble.. they also quickly arrange for scooty/auto at reasonable price very quickly. I had a small kid with me and stay was very comfortable in terms of food also. Yum yum Complimentary breakfast we had. I think it is the best option we could get in port blair.

This amazing heaven of a place overlooking the Andaman sea has the best view in sight from the private balcony we had from our room. What a splendid experience it was to stay here and Manojit ji the manager of the place is always there for all help needed, food is amazing, everything is so smooth and the feeling of being on a vacation is served. For My daughter I needed extra help for milk overnight and khichri and less spicy food and they made it available just by request. Went and bought the milk packets for us on their own and didn’t charge anything extra for so many facilities that we availed. All in all a wonderful stay at a gorgeous looking space / clean linen clean towels huge bed and so many amenities in the room makes it our most memorable stay in port Blair in our 5 visits to the island.. Wil always stay here whenever we land.. thank you sea view residency hotel for taking such good care of your guests.. it was a pleasure staying there.

Awesome 

We stayed in The Seaview Residency for 2 nights after returning from Havelock. As the name suggests, the property had a wonderful view of the sea right from our super Delux room attached with a pvt.balcony. Early sunrise  view is  awesome. Food was homely. Tariff paid was almost one third of the tariff we paid in the hotel,  in which we stayed before proceeding to Havelock. Strongly suggested for middle class traveller's more particularly for families.

Andaman views

One of the best property in Port Blair with amazing view - located within walking distance from the ferry point and  from where cruiser sails for Havelock, Niel etc. and within ten minutes drive from International Airport. Really one can taste the home made food. Excellent cheff. The manager, a local guy organized our sight seeing without any hassles. 

Amazing view 

Like this place, had great view from balcony. Would recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness, friendly owners, good food and easy hop on to places in Port Blair. If you are new to Andaman and not sure where to go. I recommend this place as it's walkable distance from jetty which will make your life easy if you wanted to hop to diff Island's.

Good Place, Friendly Owners, Good Food, Best place for new comers,

It is a very homely stay, well located and very close to the jetty, cellular jail, marina park, and the airport. The hotel is a stand alone building so don’t expect any luxuries or amenities here as compared to a resort. But the hotel is very clean, the staff is prompt and very helpful. And the best part about this place is the view from the superior rooms, you won’t get this view in luxury resorts also. 

The superior rooms are facing the sea and they have balconies so you can sit and enjoy the view. We were lucky to have watched the sunrise on both the days we stayed, it was right in front of our room!

The food service is prompt, and food is home cooked and at a very reasonable price.

If you are looking for a neat and big room, with great proximity to activities, and at an affordable price, then you should check in to this hotel.
