124 reviewsWe, a family of 3, stayed at Yangsum heritage farm from 28th March to 2nd April 2024. We arrived in the night at 9 pm. We were greeted by the owner Mr Thendup Bhutia. Wooden cottages are very spacious, well lighted with proper air ventilation. Fluffy pillows & clean bed sheets. Adequately sized bathroom with geyser. A balcony is also provided at the back side.Farmhouse is located in the midst of dense vegetation & forest. View snow covered mountains, chirping birds, feel fresh air to breathe & sky touching trees. The purest ,fresh & locally grown green vegetables were served in lunch & dinner. We chose millets as grain. Staff is full of warmth, fast service response & Thendup provides personal touch. We went to Jungle trails(ably guided by canine Quiero at Yangsum), monastery visits & Rhododendron Forest trail at Okhrey. We enjoyed bonfire @ Farm. A serene,calm & very enjoyable, off beat experience. I would call it a visit of our lifetime.
