I stayed at the Misty hills for a night. The staff were courteous and resource full, ready to help. The ambience of the hotel was lovely amidst so much of greenery. Room was good with great mountains view. Size of the room was good for accommodation of a family.

It is a good budget hotel for stay. There is valley view from balcony of each room. Cleanness is good. Staff is cooperative. My experience for this hotel for stay is good. This hotel is located between Panchgini and Mahabaleshwar. If you travel by your personal car, then this is the good option for stay.

This place is located right in the valley behind Mapro gardens (ie on the Mahabaleshwar Panchgani road). Hence,  having a hotel located in a valley has its pros and cons.
Pros. 
The views down are beautiful especially when it rains.
There is barely any network down in the valley.. so since you on holiday,  it's just okay 😉

Cons
The access road to this property is very steep. Hence,  one should have a vehicle and decent driving skills too to drive down the steep slopes
There is barely any network.  The Wi-Fi of the hotel too hardly works. (it didn't work through all the 4 days of our stay) So you are kinda cut off from the outside world. 
Since the place is down the valley,  venturing out at night isn't recommended. Hence,  dinner ought to be at the property coz of lack of options available. The hotel does have a decent spread of food on the menu,  but more variety would always be welcome.  Also,  eating from the same place / similar styles of cooking is not very interesting when on holiday. Plus there are timings to meals available... not the kind you would always want on a holiday.

This hotel also has  fixed hours of hot water supply and that too only in the morning. The staff however was very nice and accommodating that they agreed to put on the geyser for some 15 mins in the evening. 
They were also helpful when it came to dropping us up-to the main road with our baggage on the last day. 
They also agreed to change our room from the ground to the 1st floor. 

This hotel is walking distance away from Mapro garden. Hence evenings at Mapro or early mornings at Mapro before the crowds come in is feasible. 

Overall, this is a new upcoming hotel.  Developments are still underway. And there is a long way to go. However,  for the price paid, the service and facilities could have been better.


This is an average hotel on Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar Road & very near to Mapro Garden. Right now, some of the parts of hotel is under construction. 

This property is having the most spectacular view from each room (you can see one of the major attraction right from your room - Elephant head point) 

Book this hotel only if you are having your own vehicle or a full time taxi with you as to approach to main road is very inside and steep slope. 

Staff was friendly and courteous - Especially a lady Pallavi - very courteous and always greet you with smile. 

No special amenities at Hotel - Just Rooms and nice garden overlooking to breathtaking view to the valley. But if you are travelling in small groups with kids - its nice place to be.

Visited this on last weekend. Place is just behind Mapro garden. We reached 12noon with a warm welcome. Rooms are beautiful with breathtaking view from all rooms. i.e Kate point, Krishna river n long mountain ranges. We were around 9 adults n 7 kids. Best part was open area for kids. Start to end they were on toes.....And had great time. Evening hotel arranged for bonfire with barbeque. It was like icing on cake with cold breeze. 
Highlight of hotel:
- best hospitality by owner(Mr. Sachin) n all staff members.
- best location ....relaxing with perfect view
- one shud specially go thr for food. We tried chicken/mutton handi, tandoori......No words can explain. One need to experience it n give feedback.
- one main problem we faced was hot water. It's available for specific timings. They need to seriously look into it. Somehow we manage to arrange the same. But hot water shud be available 24*7. Specially with kids it's basis requirement.
