Very near to mysore central bustand have an immediate approach to palace and city centre its good stayable hotel in vicinity rooms are neatly and staff are very friendly fares are very adjustable íts góod for solo stay

Average and easy stay

The hotel is very good as well as rooms are very specious and the staffs are very careful to guests.The internet booking facility is not available for this hotel.The location is too nice.It is very near to KSRTC Bus stand ,Mysore.IT ha several facilities like Restaurant,Hot water,Lift,AC / Non AC rooms,Travel desks etc.The current spot booking is available for this hotel.

Worst hotel and very bad experience.
Rooms are not clean if you are seeking for family u better go for other hotels. There are many good hotels available in this price. And the manager also doesn't respond properly.


Horrible

Horrible experience with this hotel. I booked room through makemytrip. Reached hotel at 11.30am. Asked manager about my bookings. He said he did not get any confirmation about my booking. I told manager to give me a room and I will pay advance and if no confirmation mail from make my trip then then can deduct hotel charge from my deposit. But he denied to give me any room citing reason that he does not know which room type I booked. Then he told that he can give me room if i pay them and does not care about booking done through make my trip. Then I called MMT  and they have confirmed that they have mailed to hotel and told me to ask manager to check mail. Manager did not agree to talk to make my trip executive also. When I asked manager to check mail, then he told that person who works in pc is not there and will come half an hour later and he can't check it. Later I Called MMT again and then they called manager directly on his phone and then he has given me room at 11.50am.

Room was not clean when I entered. Although they have cleaned it with normal wet cloth when I asked for it. But bathroom was horrible. It seemed that they have not cleaned it for long time.

Next day morning I went for sight seeing. Manager called me at 10.30am and told me to I need to vacate room by 11, whereas as per details mentioned in MMT site check-in and checkout time is 12noon. I asked why? When I argued with him, then he agreed that I can vacate by 11.50, time at which I entered room. I came to hotel at 11.45am when a staff was telling that my time has finished at 11 am. When I asked him who said it, He did not say anything in reply.

On reaching room I found that they have switched off my rooms electricity also. In dark I have taken my bag and handed over rooms key at 11.50.

As per my experience wrt staff behaviour and room condition I will not suggest anyony to stay in this hotel if you don't have any compulsion. You can get many hotels at this price. Even Auto drivers can take you to hotel with lesser rent.



Horrible Staff and room condition

Plz don't visit this hotel. No proper service . used blankets will be given. They change the blankets once in a week. I have  seen 3 rooms in this lodge all 3s comoda were having leakage and some of them having no water
