We checked into the hotel after a pretty hectic day and found the ambience very soothing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean with running hot water. The laundry was very clean. The food was very good. The staff was very polite and hospitable. The hotel is located quite close to the railway station. It has everything you look forward to in a hotel. Its probably the best budget hotel in Mysore. 
The suite rooms though are comparable with any high end hotel.

It was a very pleasant experience at ABS. The person-in-charge (Mr. Siraj) has been a wonderful human being, very adept at his work and exactly knows the requirements of guests. He goes over and beyond in making sure that the stay is comfortable. Ours was a family trip along with a friend's family, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The surprise package was the owner invited us over lunch to celebrate their restaurant inauguration. 
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room size may not be very big, but one would enjoy the hospitality.

Best Budget Hotel in Mysore

This hotel seems to be a budget hotel right from the word go. Located in a very cramped area, it is surrounded by under-construction buildings. Poorly lit reception, poorly lit rooms and poorly lit passages. The bed linen was exceptionally dirty, like they haven't changed for ages. The room was smelly, dirty and poorly lit. There was no restaurant in the hotel and whatever food they bought was of poor quality. Felt like it was from a small time hotel nearby. No credit card payment facility was available. They used to charge every time they delivered something to the room, this means there was no proper record keeping available. No wifi was available. No laundry service was available. Good we didnt stay here for more than a day. All the pictures of this hotel posted by the management are misleading. Don't stay here.

hotel is ok, I just stayed twice as I got at good rate through other travel site. Otherwise, the rates quoted are very high. The rooms are OK, staff are  good and helpful.  But could have been more clean, toilets needs to be clean and little more improvement can be done. wifi is bad

Ok for a day

Rooms are so small compare to images shown in Cleartrip. No proper ventilation.If we open window we can see other room doors.I feel not worth of paying more than 1000 INR.
They didnt provide drinking water.We asked a cup of Tea and water at 10.30PM. they told restaurant was closed.
