The new property is a five star property. What an experience.  Complete wilderness experience. What amazing rooms better than probably many five star rooms in the country. Amazing food , hundreds of bird varieties . Multilingual English and Soanish staff. Beautiful bon fire experience.  6 cottage every one better than other . About 20 types of fruit trees. The best part  was the nature trek to the waterfall. I have never seen so many stars at one place in the world. The food was one of the tastiest I have ever had ever...

Abhinandan camp is good place for those who don't want to be part of crowd. It's a very calm location 8km from kempty fall with nice view of valley and 400-500 meters from main road(kachha Rasta but drivable way even for buses) . Nice and helpful staff, nice food,Nice owner. If you are not looking for 5star leisure and amenities, it's for you. Just go there for peace.

Amazing Experience

Cool & calm location with awesome view

Worst place. Never go with family totally unsafe and going there is very dangerous no facility no good food no water. This place is not safe for women. Very isolated place.please read all the reviews before u go there. Totally unsafe.

Terrible

Visited mid-April with family. The resort is not actually in Mussoorie. It is 27kms from Mussoorie, as per Google Maps (see attached picture). Also, the last 12kms i.e. after Kempty Falls is a broken road so expect to bounce around in your car. Its easy to find a good price for the rooms because the rooms aren't exactly rooms. No matter how much we asked the people for the exact location of the resort, we were simply ignored. Now younow why. The rooms are flimsy walls with a plastic-sheet roof (see pictures). The walls are crumbling, the windows are shattered, there is no lock on the door, there is a gaping slit between the wall and the door, the beds are wobbly, the bedding is very very dirty, the bedding material oozes out when you sit on the bed, the bed sheets have probably not been washed in 20 years and bear all kinds of stains..from blood, alcohol, probably urine and even patches of food. The floor is so dirty that you will feel icky to even place your luggage on it. The walls are immensely dirty and are not fit for a gentleman or lady. To our horror, the extra bed was actually a small bedding placed in a corner of the room right on the dirty floor. And yes, how can I forget the bugs. Lizards, cockroaches and small-to-large sized bugs everywhere. They will be on the bed, on the walls, on the table and will soon inhabit your luggage and head.
The remote location of the resort is what excited us. We wanted to be away from the hustle bustle of the city in the lap of nature. But the resort is too remote for comfort. The resort is another 500m in-road from the main road and trust me it is dangerous. Its not paved, has no rails and scary. My Alto 800 barely fit. I wonder what would happen with large bodied SUVs and sedans. The staff are least bothered about your safety. I actually asked them what kind of measures they have taken to ensure basic safety such as theft. To my disbelief he said that if I got robbed it would be on me and the resort cannot be blamed. And I forgot to mention the resort has no walls. Was probably a contour farming land. The walls are so thin that you can hear the people in the next room. The in-room table chairs are dirty and sticky and completely broken. Also, the resort sits about 1200m below Mussoorie so good luck trying to get a cool weather during the summer. When we visited, Mussoorie was a comfy 17 degrees whereas it was 38 degrees at Abhinandan Resorts. We had booked the room for 2 nights. We were so appalled at the condition and security situation that we left within 30mins. To our dismay the staff did not seem to bother why the guests are leaving with their bags within 30mins of arriving.

Completely Unsafe. Completely Uncomfortable. Not in Mussoorie. Stay away!

This resort should be banned as soon as possible. Going there is putting your family in danger. As you wont know which insect will enter anytime in your room. Rooms are in pathetic conditions. Actually they are huts not rooms, huts with broken ceiling. There's gap in ceiling from where mosquitoes came. Ahead that the location even did not desreves 1 star, its in between jungle and with no way to go. Tooking car there was like either we will be stuck in mud or either car will fall. Other than this their charges are more than 5 star for everything you need there.

Worst place ever

We had booked 3 rooms for Abhinandan Resort Mussoorie through Yatra for 16.06.2017 and 17.06.2017 hoping that we would get a great verified deal. However, all this was shattered when despite showing that it was 8 kms from Kempty it was miles further away in the remotest of locations without any habitation or any amenities nearabouts. When we reached the place at around 7 PM there was a blink and miss single sign board on the highway which we initially missed and had to come back to find the same.  When we finally reached the spot the access reflected through the lone signage was an unmotorable steep incline all broken with shrubs and loose gravel and stones. When we tried to go there by foot and walked around for around 1 kms we could still not locate the place and there were no further signage what to say of any human soul to guide us. There was not even a single light in the entire area which could have guided us to locate the place. We suspended our search after around half an hour and tried to get some other booking in Mussoorie but failed to find any at the last moment and even otherwise since the resort itself was miles away it would have been a herculeon task to come back to Mussoorie. We thus had to return back to Delhi cutting short our family vacation to the misery of the entire family. We were to stay at Mussoorie for two days but could not manage to stay even for a single day. We got a message at around 10 PM giving us staff number but by then it was too late since we were already on our way back to Delhi. We informed them that it was not fair to offer the resort which was totally inaccessible and asked them to cancel the booking and refund our amount but there was no favourable response from their end and we are still waiting for revert even from Yatra...
