It is really a cool place where you can spend some days in Aleppy.. Big rooms with bathroom. I strictly suggest it! People who work there are so kind and ready to help you if you need something! They also organize boat trip and houseboat... You must try it! :) Sara, italia

We planned to stay only for a couple of days in allepey but then we found dream heaven, got to know the staff which is like a family for each other and which became a family for us. The rooms are quite big and comfortable, the wifi works better than in all the other places around and ansari Ansil and Ansil are amazing people. The guesthouse is located in a quite part of town, has it's own little garden with mango banana and coconut trees and is perfect for spending the hottest hours of the day. The place is nice and clean, service excellent and gentle, no one is pushing to book tours and if you ask almost everything is possible
If you know allepey you understand that this place really needs to be amazing for staying such a long time as there isn't too much to see around.
We will be back!

Best place in Alleppey

Beautiful!

We arrived in Allepey after a long and tiring journey from Munnar. At the bus station we met many touts including Suraj who convinced us to stay at dream heaven. We explained to him that we were planning on staying in a homestay where dinner would be included and he laughed at us and said we would get food poisoning because the homestay would buy street food rather than freshly prepared. Stupidly we believed him and agreed to come stay at dream heaven. There were loads of geckos outside and inside the room, the base of shower was cracked and dirty and the electricity cut out for the night so we could not use the fan to cool us down despite the extreme heat and humidity! Suraj also advised us to take his Eco boat tour, however after he gave us the company card we looked at the reviews for the boat company we realised most of them were fake. (All written in the same broken English whether the receiver was French, English or Australian!) thankfully we didn't agree to the boat tour and left after just 1 night

Disappointing 

1) When we arrived in the hotel, rooms are not already prepared. Those are cleaned after we arrived there...though we had booked it online.
2) We have to ask for Towel, Soap and water-bottle. They haven't provided these things by default. When we asked then then they give us towels which are looked like those are not washed from last 3-4 months...Yukkkkk. We user our own towels.
3) They are not having hot water facility. They should provide us this facility if they are charging a lot from us.
4) THERE ARE LOTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS OD MOSCOUITS. Also net is provided but it of full of loopholes. Lots of mosquitos are entered in the net at night
5) As we have to leave early morning, we wake up at 5am and strange ...THERE IS NO WATER SUPPLY. WE HAVE TO CALL THE ATTENDENT AND HE OPEN THE VALVEL.I. THEY ARECLOSING THE WATER CONNECTION AT NIGHT.
6) In the parking someone has made a big scratch on my car.
7) For our room, we have to charge our mobile and camreas. But 2-3 charging points were broken. No maintaince happened for the rooms.
8) ROOM is having 2-3 Common house geckos in our rooms

VERY POOR HOTEL...PLEASE DONT TRY THIS HOTEL

If U want to take fight and Full enjoy of Mosquitoes U must visit this hotel. Although location is good and nearly central/ Heart of village. No Tea/ Coffee/ Breakfast will be available here. I never suggest this place.
