OYO 1197 Hotel Annex

Whenever I come to Dehradun, I stay here. It's a hotel with affordable price and excellent service . Location of property is very nice,big space for parking and best thing about hotel  is staff . All staff are very familiar and responsible for their duties. Again I want to say that best hotel in reasonable price.

Everything was good. overall nice stay. Nice location. overall service was very good. Though TV of my room was not working properly and hotel took almost 5 hours to resolve that issue but other than this very very good hotel.

People helped us get the wifi. though wifi was not that fast :) Good hotel under the budget. We entered around 10 am. hence we got 50%.People should know that it's inside the madhuban hotel. It's a good budget hotel

I have booked the room for total 5 persons including 3 yrs child through oyo portal, guys the room is good but the problem comes that when reaching to hotel around 10.00 pm and the officer at reception stated that the room doesn't have twin sharing beds not the double beds but we have booked the room for double bed which is required for child. He was also told me at this time we cant do anything because all the room is booked. So we will manage with the same. I don't think why the we are not get that room which we booked and confirmed online.

Although rooms are good neat and clean, breakfast is also good. The service staff is also cooperative.

My suggestion to all is when booking is confirmed at oyo  kindly cross checked with the hotel also for the same and also discussed with concerned person that the service including amenities should be there as shown online.

Good experience under a good budget

I booked this hotel for my brother through EXPEDIA at 23:20pm, we got the confirmation but when he reach at the hotel first of all they have change their name with madhuban second they denied to give him a room saying they are fully sold out and we didn't received any booking under your name.
we are ready to reallocation but they said they are not able to reallocate and you have to find something at you own.
Guys if you want to book this pathetic hotel through online portal please check with hotel before making any booking because they forget to close the inventory online and you have to find a place on road to sleep.If you made a booking online and if you saw no need to reconfirm the booking please ignore the option and reconfirm with hotel for sure if you booked otherwise i suggest you please don't go with this hotel otherwies you have to sleep some where at the road.
