Excellent location, right in the heart of Gurgaon, Shiva Villa is just 5 to 10 minutes away from practically anywhere in the city.
The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms - spick and span ! The staff is very polite and amiable.
I have stayed here pretty frequently whenever I'm in this part of the country, and will continue doing so in the near future.
In short, if you are looking for a place to stay for a couple of days or more, with everything close by, and a place that fits your budget - look no further, this is it !

I stayed at this Hotel with my friends in October 2015. Located not far away from the main highway, this hotel has a good blend of being at the heart of Gurgaon with Cyberhub being nearby and yet away from all the noise the latter comes with. The rooms were clean and hospitality was very good. Overall, I had rate my experience a good one.

We booked this hotel at the last moment,the location is not very far from city center but still depends where you will be going,Most of the staff is polite.
The room is ok but the washroom wasn't up-to the mark, towels there were in very bad condition but the staff changed them when we brought that to their notice.
This hotel can be a lot better with few small changes.

I stayed in this guest house for a few days in my trip to Gurgaon, but had to checkout early and shift to another hotel.

The rooms are pretty basic, but there is very poor maintenance.

The first day the AC in my room was barely functional and it was very uncomfortable in 45 degrees temp.

Next day they shifted me to another room, where the AC worked but the bathroom latch didnt not work, the taps in the wash basin and flush didn't work. Then out of nowhere the entire bathroom was full of ants.

Late night they shifted me to yet another room which had a working AC and proper bathroom but all of a sudden there were lizards in the room. To make things worse the next morning I found out that shower barely works, as it was on top floor and force was not there as per management.

Also the salt box had ants in it and that we discovered after we ate food.

To add insult to injury, they lost one of my clothes given for laundry.

The place seems to have zero maintenance.

Only good thing is the staff here are very good.
