Oyo are the much cheaper  than compare to other . Room services are good . All the best for future.  I would like to say that yours business will increase. I like the services you have given...wish you all the very best for future ....

overall hotel is excellent for all services just like room service , food, & cleanliness.
we got all services timely without any failure .Rooms on the south side are quieter. this hotel stay peaceful area .

PROS-
- room is very decent with proper amenities, 
- staff was professional 
- the whole ambiance was very comforting. 
- Room was clean,
- all the gadgets were functional (lcd, ac, geyser, etc).
- No one disturbed us during our stay.
- Walking distance from Sikanderpur metro station (400m)
- Sahara Mall also very near
- Morning breakfast is decent enough (alu paratha, poha, macaroni, bread butter, etc)

CONS-
- double bed was having two separate mattresses (highly inconvenient )

In conclusion, we had a great stay at OYO. Thumbs Up!!!!

This hotel is centrally located and probably the best available in the vicinity, after you make reservation should call to hotel to confirm your reservation. room is very decent with proper amenities, staff was professional. the whole ambiance was very comforting.Room was clean but the lobby & kitchen area was smelling bad.all the gadgets were functional.No one disturbed us during our stay.Walking distance from Sikanderpur metro station (500m),Sahara Mall also very near.Morning breakfast is decent (alu paratha, poha, macaroni, bread butter, etc). need to improvement in breakfast as we are getting from other hotels in gurgaon. Operative Staff...

The location in Gurgaon is good. Close to Malls and metro. And the hotel could have been good if it only had been clean. The room we had the first night wasn't cleaned up before we came, all though the beds were made. Dust and hair on the floor and the bathroom was smelling urin. The electricity was not working. We got a new room for the coming nights and it was better - not really clean but better. They didn't do any housekeeping in the room during our stay. You can probably find a better place to stay at in Gurgaon for the same amount of money.

Could be a nice place - but to dirty

Looked so nice on the pictures! We came early at the morning and as check-in was from 12Am we had to wait but after few hours around 10Am the friendly staff gave us the room. The room looked much worse than on the pictures. Dirty sheets with stains and someone's hair, a layer of dust on furniture, sink at the bathroom looked like no one washed it for weeks, the phone so gross you dont even want to have it inside your room. Breakfast was served in some dirty basement. Floor full of trash, dirt and dust. Dining tables dirty too. And such a poor choice of food. Even cheap hostels have better service! Pure disappointment and dissatisfaction.
