I had a wonderful time staying at Rioso. Let me make this simple. 1. Staff - Polite and Extremely Helpful. 2. Tariff - Very Reasonable 3. View - River in the front and Mountain View in the back. If you don't wish to Go to other places you can simply walk down to the river upfront and enjoy. 4. Rooms - The luxury rooms are nice and spacious. The other rooms like the rooms which have a wooden ceiling need to be improved. Advice to the management. Add curtains on the skylight. Too much of natural light spoils the coziness of the room. Add carpet since the floor gets very cold. I have no clue about the family suites, but I've heard they are very nice. 5. Food - Mostly Buffets. Breakfast is average. Dinner is very nice. 6. Travel - Rioso is located 7 kms before Manali Mall Road. You can book a cab for Rs 300 to get to Mall Road. You can bargain to get the fare down. You can avail the bus as well if you are on a budget trip. 7. Others - Hot water is always available. Heater is available on rent. To sum it up, I enjoyed my stay and would visit again.
