I visited this hotel in Christmas and had a blast with my family. The food was phenomenal and the view from the hotel too. At night there was bonfire we enjoyed it very much. And after two days it was snowing... ENJOYED A LOT WOULD LOVE TO VISIT AGAIN

According to price Reasonable. The  rooms were  clean ,room service is  prompt. you will get whatever  you want. The  management is  excellent. The  whole team of  hotel is  very good  and very co-operative. 
Breakfast and dinner is really delicious and testy.And sweets after the dinner is very good.

Very good hotel.... The best deal in the budget hotels... The staff and the management is very good... The mountain view from the Windows and balcony is just amazing....its just 1km from the Volvo depot... Will visit again...

Located approx. 3.5 kms. from the mall road this is an awesome Place to stay in Manali, Peaceful sorroundings,  Neat and Clean rooms, awesome view from the balcony and from the room windows. Courteous and very polite staff. Nice Indian food in Buffet  though the variety is very limited. Special thanks to Raju from housekeeping and Moti Ram from the restaurant for their outstanding service.
P.S. heater/blower is provided on chargeable basis, and any thing ordered extra (like omelette or parantha) during breakfast or dinner buffet is also charged.

Food is good and the staff was very helpful, Room which are getting it's good but bed linen is very bad they stay we are expected not up to mark, towels condition is very bad poor flower decoration & cake also not good ,we stayed 4nights , only food is good expected other all thing need to improve

Family tour

I had a very bad experience. We had booking through travel agent (Hire Himachal Cab), when we reached to the hotel at night 10 PM they told you don't have any booking here then they suggested to go to a different hotel at ground level, and told this is also our hotel. Their behavior was very bad and they have a setting with the travel agent, they sell the room with higher price and forced us to go the  low standard hotel. The food and service was extremely bad, there was no water some time. They are No. 1 cheater, please don't go to this hotel. There are many hotels surrounding of that place.
