Though we visited first time to Manali, stayed in a decent excellent hotel. The facilities they have are worth sharing. All staff are very xourtesous and very cooperative. The Manager, Mr. Sathish is a well trained and excellent quality contained person. He has guided us exactly and excellently for matters. If I or we wish to visit Manali next, our choice to saty in Eco Groves is confirmed.

It was a wonderful experience to see a beautiful mountain where snow coming down slowly and settling on trees.. the owner and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. 
Best suitable for family a tranquil place to stay..

Perfect property with excellent location and very good caring staff. The food is ultimate and one of the main USP for people staying here. Highly Recomended for all people visiting Manali !! Nice spacious rooms with all comfotable amenties, Neat and Clean, spaciuos washrooms wwith 24 hrs hor Water.

This is one of the finest experiences of mine and my family, great location, clean hotel, courteous and very helpful staff, value for money. Over and above the help and follow up made by the manager of the hotel was an excellent experience. His ever helping hand whenever required had made our stay and vacation an wonderful experience and thing to cherish forever.The staff is very polite and professional, front desk competent and helpful. Very clean place, and great food. Location is great too. I definitely recommend this place, .Loved the delicious food and it was all clean and hygienic.Loved the behaviour of the staff members,and the manager fulfilled all our needs and showed us a sweet gesture he was a helpful manager and the service was also good.Overall it is a fabulous hotel and would suggest the tourist to go for it.

I have stayed in Hiraya Eco Groves in Jan begging, volvo's were not allowed by the administration to upto the main bus station. But our hotel people has picked up from the green barrier. The hotel reception people are really helpful and polite, rooms were quite big and room were  clean. They put the heater on to make the guest comfortable. We have dinner at the hotel and dinner was really tasty and can compare to any good five star hotel. View from the hotel was superb. I will certainly recommended my friend to stay in this hotel.   

Food was great. Room service was excellent. Rooms are specious and bathroom is also very comfertable and clean. Hotel staff is very suppourtive.location is good and near the main market.Overall stay was very good.

It was a very pretty hotel and the room was super clean and highly spacious. The location was also good and transportation was easily available. The staff helped us a lot with transportation. Had a great stay !

The hotel is located after Prini but un the main area where all the porsche hotels are present .Views from hotel are good but the staff is little bit lazy and dont work accurately.
Rest everything is good from room to breakfast .

Good service. Awesome window view. Big rooms. Had a very happy stay.
Service was good. Food is good and healthy. 

Cons.: We were told for complimentary couple candle night dinner which was cheated. no room decoration done for couples.  you have to keep asking for the free complimentary services you are told by the package guys. needs a lot of follow up.

We have a group of 8 people first of all the hotel little far from Mall road but it's ok because we have own car & driver but main thing is electricity problem they cut the power in the morning at 10am till 5Pm we spent whole day in dark, no cabel working on TV, no hot water for whole day only 7am to 10am in minus temperature, no heter in the room if you ask them so they ask you for extra money approx 500 rupees for few hours only not for whole night. hotel breakfast was rubbish only one night we get the proper dinner on my last night other wise all rubbish. never use this hotel again in future.
