Well holidays are well planned and well deserved, this is what we experienced once we visited the resort. We planned this vacation almost 3 months back and in the beginning was a little bit reluctant about the place and amenities..but all went so well that we all enjoyed. 1.Place: well its a little bit far from mall road about 10 mins, but hotel provided drop facility to mall road that was good. 2.Reception and check in: It was swift and best , staff was excellent and made it a memorable experience for us. 3. Rooms: We opted for a villa and booked all the rooms, and to be honest it was the best part entire place even the front garden was at our disposal...it was excellent. 4. Food: We booked on CP but we enjoyed Dinner and snacks also, let me tell you food was excellent and we never had any issues regarding quality. Thanks to their chef, also breakfast though it was an off season was excellent and good varieties of options. Even the staff specially Mr Akshit was so helpful. 5. Rooms: Excellent with everything being taken care off. 6. Housekeeping: perfect nothing much too say...excellent. Well all thanks to Mr Vishal from front office and their entire staff to make this stay wonderful for our family...
