Ann Residency

2 days, 2 rooms @ Rs. 1150 per room per night (makemytrip). 5 minutes walk from perungalathur railway station. Located in a residential zone. Reached there easily with the help of google maps, would've been difficult otherwise. Got both rooms on the ground floor, close to the reception area. Rooms looked new and were spacious, neat, well maintained and decorated. Bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets and towels provided in the room were in very good condition. Toilet was very clean. Bath soap, shampoo and hand wash were provided. Tv, Ac, and water heater were working fine throughout our stay. Wifi had some connection issues in between, but was rectified immediately after informing. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Had their complimentary breakfast and also ordered lunch once. Loved the food, but felt that the lunch was a bit delayed. One of rooms was having a false wall. Sounds from the reception, especially the phone ringing sounds were a disturbance inside the room. Also, the same room was well lit even after switching of all the lights, because of the porch light. My overall rating: 4.75/5 👍
