I checked in to edisha hotel was quite fanisnated with Reception team especially Mr Prateek who made me feel A home away from home  escorted me to my room gave me a full orientation of the room  also  asked me about my breakfast. He then pen down a about my wake up call too   I would like to thank  him for his comfort Hospitality  also would like his bosses to pend own about him and reward him to have such a excellent team member of OYO

Multicuisine restaurant and banquet Halls for fine dining. It's a good hotel, restaurant, banquet. the good was just like home made.Fairly new hotel with all decent infrastructure suitable for 3 star

Also they have parking on site. kindly go for rooms on 1st floor to get privacy. it is very easy to locate

Good Boutique Hotel

Pathetic is the word..Just because of its staff attitude..I am here for a project and were staying here from our last few visits..But this time the staff specially a guy named Ram has crossed limits..Saying we don't provide any service after 11 at night..Even for water..Sad to say but no action has been taken by Manager and any other senior staff..I am staying in Room 208from 16 to 19 of Dec 2017.. Disappointed

I spent a week here with friends. What they do well is that they are polite,  and the common areas are very nice and clean.  Areas to improve are cleanliness of individual rooms (in five nights my room was never once cleaned,  trash removed,  beds made, bathrooms cleaned). The wall paper had dripping stains. Bathroon smelled of both lysol and urine.

Some staff spoke excellent English.  Other front desk staff spoke no English at all,  and were left in charge for long periods. Staff sought to charge us for meals we did not eat,  showing us receipts with someone else's signature and room number. 

In short,  this is not a hotel for westerners. 

Deficient

I have booked 10 rooms in this hotel since a month ago and told to the manager that we will check in by 10 AM and we need all the rooms ready by 10 AM but when we reached hotel they didn't allow us to check in and rooms were also not clean by that time they started cleaning when we reached hotel.
We have booked 10 rooms but they provided us only 7 rooms that day and they let us check in by 12 noon. They consider guests as burden on them and staff is also not at all co-operative.
Now about rooms there were no mats in rooms water is too hot or too cold in shower and if you take a road facing room ac is not effective at all of those rooms and not even proper curtains were there in rooms so you have to face sunlight all day.
Overall experience is not good at all.
