Whew … what a trip 10 days of pure travel.. Mountains , Terrian , Streams , Snow , Wind , Lakes , Dessert all at one place . Well about the Hotel … what can I say .. amazing view .. good rooms and to top it all an amazing excellent host MR ANGROOP CHARU , what can I say about his hospitality.. simply fab . A stay even more comfy than a 5 star hotel . The support and care we received from this hotel was to another level . Mr ANGROOP was on his toes and available all the time. One of my friends daughter had oxygen problem at 3 am in the night , he was there smiling at our service , words can’t describe the help this man has given us and a simple thank you would be never enough. 
APPRECIATE YOU SIR … Highly recommend if anyone is going to LEH … CHARU PALACE .. remember the name.

Charu Palace is very near to the Leh Airport, around 30mins From every room you can view beautiful snow capped mountains. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is polite and very helpful. Compared to the stays at the other hotels at NUBRA and Pangong, I really enjoyed food at Charu Palace. Everall had. A good experience and nice stay. 

We 5 friends went for our Ladakh trip. We had our customised itinerary and booked our stays and cars with lehladakhtourism.They are excellent organisers.  We were put up in one of their properties in Leh- hotel Charu Palace. The location is excellent! Away from the hustle bustle...you get the exact feel (& look) of Leh. Lovely clean rooms. Lovely view of the mountains from the room. Service is excellent.  Any problem you call up for is sorted almost within 5 minutes (if within their capacity). Restaurant food is good and offers quite a variety. 24hours water and electricity is available ( hot water is available for a stipulated time- you are in Leh remember!) They even give individual hot water bags to keep you warm!! The persons in charge are excellent in their behaviours. When one of us fell sick the night we landed at Leh., Mr.Angroop & Mr. Rajendra took immediate charge & control of the situation. When we came back from Pangong Tso /Tso Moriri  to Leh....it felt like coming back home...such was the comfort level. I strongly recommend staying at Charu Palace if you are in Leh. I also add a picture with their contact if you want to book /plan your trip with them.

We 3 ladies visited leh Ladakh in September 2021 and stayed in Hotel Charu palace.
It is very near to Leh airport , a quiet and beautiful scenic view rooms, place is  very neat and clean .  The owner and  staff are so good and courteous, their services are  Extraordinary.  Good food . Organised our daily tour meticulously and took care of us so well to see to that we are safe and secure. Our Room was overseeing the snow covered mountains, great treat to our eyes .  Amazing place to stay , We had relaxed, peaceful and happy stay at Hotel Charu Palace.

Awesome property located away from city rush with great views from hotel rooms. Run by owner's family and hence hospitality is with great warmth and serve some good homestyle non veg cuisines. Awesome services and great food. Complete peaceful environment to relax and acclimatize with the high altitude of Leh before heading for higher passes and Pangong Tso.

We booked this hotel together with a Ladakh tour (4 person), spent 5 nights there.
Bit away from town, but if you only want to relax after sightseeing, this is the ideal place, nice sitting area in the garden. 
Only little complain, the food was a bit too vegetarian oriented, some days one choice with chicken, some days only veg.

I was a little skeptic before visiting this place but boy it was one amazing place to stay. Amidst the snow covered mountains on one side and rocky mountains on the other this place is one of the finest hotels probably in all of Leh. This is an amazing place we found out to stay in Leh... Definitely not the show-off kind of stuffs like Taj or Radisson but this hotel's surroundings and the uniqueness of the location where it stands, makes it class apart... Lovely place to stay, extremely helpful and courteous staff and really tasty food. I loved each moment of my stay here. Would definitely stay here when I come back to Leh.

One of the finest hotels in Leh 

I visited Leh in 1st week of August’19 with my wife and stayed here for 4 nights during my 7 days trip. Ms. Deldan is an excellent host and staff is equally cooperative. Scenic view from your room window, hygienic rooms,  good quality food and kind people around - what else one can desire at unknown location. Three cheers to Charu Palace!! Highly recommended!!

Hotel with a Scenic View, Courteous Staff and an Excellent Host

Stayed for about four days. It is outside the city with a beautiful lawn and an excellent view of the Zanskar and Himalayan mountains and a lovely view of Shanti Stupa.The staff is very good and extremely helpful and the food served was good. only breakfast and dinner. Take room 103 or 203 as the view from these rooms are on two sides with big windows.It is a quiet place if you wish to have peace, tranquility and a lovely view to nature.

A very nice hotel with a good view.

I was there for 5 nights and it was the best hotel of my entire trip. totally clean and hygienic. If you want the best of the view from your room with hills and 'Shanti Stupa' in Leh then this is the place. Staff there is warm, loving and courteous. You get plenty of options on your plate when it comes to food they serve here and their desserts are awesome. Just go for it!!! :)
