We stayed in this place (7th march 2020) during a temple visit to Kumbakonam. The property is located in a peaceful neighbourhood. There was car parking facility inside the compound.We stayed in a room in the ground floor.The room was spacious, air-conditioned, bright, clean and very well-maintained.There was hot water facility in the bathrooms. All the front desk staff including Mr Valliappan, Mr Murugan and Mr Napolean were very polite and helpful.In the morning breakfast is available on request and if needed you can inform the front desk staff beforehand.The food was delicious. Planning to stay there again if we go to Kumbakonam in the future
