Brilliant property with mesmerising views!
All their Kumaon rooms are beautifully done, but a special mention goes to the premium rooms – they are simply outstanding. The staff is extremely polite and cooperative, and a big thanks to the manager, Mr. Prashant, for being so helpful and attentive. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience!

Very good property just if u could add fan n more lights otherwise everything was good..the weather is good ..rooms were neat u could add everyday room cleaning service ...the view was good .I like the food also ..over all good experience would love to come again

Stayed here for a night in March 2025. To sum up, my stay was magical.

Looking through the window of my Valley facing room, I was mesmerized by the various facets of the setting sun. Come darkness, and we were bewitched witnessing stars above as well as below us.

The rooms are very comfortable and the staff polite. However, the dining area was undergoing renovation during the time- was apprised it would be complete in 45 days. 

All in all a very gratifying experience!

Beautiful property with an amazing sunset view. The staff is very cooperative  with the Manager Prashant Pandey who helped us to plan the overall itinerary for the trip. You get the bonfire in the lawn in the evening and have your drinks and dinner there itself.

Beautiful place to stay away from city traffic amidst nature. I loved my stay there, we were there for a day only but wish to come there again soon. The staff is very friendly and welcoming specially Mr. Pandey. You can enjoy amazing views from your room. The food was also delicious.

It was a great and relaxing stay at imperial heights binsar, after a hectic journey. Although we reached late and just missed the pictorious sunset view from the front of our room but enjoyed the calm night there... Food and staff behaviour was very nice, they helped us in planning our tour in almora and surrounding places...

Peaceful place and great service ..manager Prashant and his team needs special mention . Being receptive to the guests need . Location of the property is great . 
Only negative was that the electricity boards were mostly non functional in the rooms so few charging points available .

The hotel was a beautiful property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The room was large and spacious with beautiful views. Manager Prashant ji was a wonderful host and went above and beyond in helping us with everything, including guiding us on what to see and with the logistics

Experience full of Peace & Tranquility

SERENITY WEDS HOSPITALITY AT IMPERIAL HEIGHT

We were a family of five who stayed there for two nights. The rooms were nice and ambience was great. The view from the room and hotel was awesome. The manager and the staff were very polite and always catered to our needs. They served us very well and were quick in delivering the services. The taste of food was also very good. Especially the quality of snacks they provided and the variety in breakfast. And in dinner they provided us with homely like food and also adhered to individual requirements. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Almora. The hotel is under construction and I hope they retain their hospitality and services when more people visit.

An unforgettable experience

I was visiting kesar Devi temple, 3 days back & happened to stay at Imperial heights binsar.Thing that struck me at first site was the resort huge forest like area,given its location,Parking area was massive which helped me in sealing the deal for my stay.My interaction with general manager Mr Prashant Pandey was like lost friends meeting after a long  time,he made sure of every small details for my comfortable stay.He even went out of way & personally took me to the temple at 6am in the morning & told about the importance of the area.The staff was good & prompt in service.The fresh breakfast in the garden area was a treat to be remembered.
Overall the stay was good & recommended.

People around you makes all the difference.

I recently stayed at Imperial Heights, Kasar Devi for two nights with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. The family rooms were spacious, the property was huge, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future. Wonderful stay

I was there on Oct 23 (21st to 23rd). It was a memorable trip.
Property has a great view. You can see the entire Almora city and long-range valley...
Hotel staff was very friendly and ready to help you anytime. Special thanks to Prashant and his team  (Mahendra Bisht,) for their arrangement and hospitality.  He guided us about local sightseeing and food as well.
