The Fern Residency Katra

Room was clean, Food quality is Good, Staff is cooperative. Best thing is night menu with maintaining food quality, ordered dal tadka, roti and jeera rice at 1am, which they provide hot and delicious within 15 mins. Overall experience is good.

It's a great place to stay. Very neat and clean rooms. Food is great. Staff is very courteous. Would love to visit again. The late night food served is also very good. The service is very prompt. The staff also supports in late check out and they also help with local sightseeing

The fern Katra is very professionally run hotel. Staff is polite especially Sapna Priyanka. They offer free drop to station and yatra start point as well . Very pleasant stay . Jai mata di. Highly recommended for family and freinds. very easy on pocket too

Overall 5/5, compared to other hotel I stayed in terms of hospitality, price, food and spa. My special regards to SPA. Spa was really excellent by Mr Prakash, professionally handled body massage as my body aching after 24 Km walk to temple..

This the best place to stay in Katra.
We always stayed at Fern Hotels, this time we tried the Fern Katra.

Hotel is located centre of the market and walkable distance towards Main Bazar.

All the Staff were well trained and hospitable.
Ample Lobby space.
Rooms were neat clean and spacious.
Hotel offers shuttle service till Helipad Vice-Versa.

I Stayed for four days here, good welcome given by staff.rooms found neat and clean .every thing for daily needs were there.no chance given to say for hospitality in rooms.now restaurant was very good,and excelente variety served  in breakfast .dinner was very tastier.and have good behaviour of restaurant staff and manager .Every moment was cooperative and memorable by your staff with a boy sushil who has a smily face and have a good nature.A memorable stay in fern residency katra

I traveled to Katra on  14th Oct and stayed in the hotel for 2 days. I stayed with my family. The experience in this hotel was fantastic. All staff members were very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Girish Goswami (General Manager of the hotel) who is maintaining the staff and hotel as a brand. I want to say thank you to Ms. Sapna for soft check-in and their restaurant staff Tilak, Suresh, Arjun, Sanjay, and Ramsing, who were very cooperative. Property is fantastic. Rooms are well maintained. Cooperative staff, The inhouse restaurant olive serves very good food. My family enjoyed the ambiance, food, and the main thing in view of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for stay.
