Such a pleasant environment is very interesting for couples.The atmosphere inside the hotel is excellent.It is not really clear how the time passes.Come here and experience new ones.Here you will find all the dishes you like.This is a very nice resort for ordinary people..

I admit that I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews of this hotel.
I was to transit in Kolkata for the night of 27 July, 2018:
I would come in from Delhi, and set out in the early hours the next
day, for Silchar. My hosts at Silchar had booked this hotel for me,
and given me their contact details. Two days before my trip, I
sent an email to the email address, requesting for a confirmation
of their complementary airport pick-up and drop. I also gave them
my itinerary. I was a bit worried even on the day of the journey,
since I did not get any email, phone call, or SMS from them.
(My hosts had given my contact details to the hotel).
It was a plasant surprise to get a call from the hotel while we
were disembarking from the plane. The gentleman called us to gate 03C.
When I called him on coming to the gate, he came over, and told
me that he would send a vechile in, quickly. An air-conditioned
Mahindra TVM came in, and took me to the hotel. The USP of the
hotel is possibly its location: it is a short distance from the
entry/exit road for the NSCBI Airport, and from the Jessore road,
we took a left turn along a narrow lane, the Italgacha Road.
There is a lift on the ground floor, and a restaurant. The
reception area is on the first floor. A lady checked me in efficiently.
I was assigned room 203 on the first floor itself. I paid the
room rent of Rs.1800 + taxes, which came out to Rs.2016.
Card payments are accepted.
The room had a double bed, graded lighting, a small study area, a
wall-mounted TV set, and an attached bathroom. The marble
flooring in the room and the bathroom is impressive, but the
place possibly needs some better maintenance.

Had an one night transit stay in the Hotel. Good location and is very near to Airport. They have complementary 24 hours Airport dropping facility and High speed WIFI facility. Rooms are little congested, however, considering the fact that, its in Kolkata, its OK. Room service is good and staff also very helpful.

The Hotel is good for transit stay with family.

Stayed with wife, staff are very pleasant and helping nature. However the place is quite expensive. 

Will definitely stay again once again. 

Rooms are clean and organized. Good follow up and reminder from the staff.

Transit stay in the Hotel

Good Place

Booked on OYO for one night in transit. Hotel offered pickup and drop facility. Pickup from airport was arranged by a private Bolero car after 15 minutes of call.Though said tobe 350 mtr from airport, but from Arrival to hotel it took more than 20 minutesel to reach. Hotel is in a narrow lane and one has to pass through heavy traffic from airport. Check in took 5 minutes. Room was on 3rd floor. Passage way was quite dark and dirty with empty water bottles lying here and there. Room was spacious. Bathroom large but only toiletries were soap and shampoo. Morning breakfast though written to served from 6 am,it was laid after 6.35 am on our insistance . Restaurant was in another block opposite to hotel after road cross. Not clean, tea served in small paper cups. Waiters were not properly dressed. So its like a lodge not a hotel.May not visit again.

A Lodge Not Hotel

We have a terrible experience during our stay in this hotel. Nothing was working properly including TV, water-heating system and AC. Staff service is too worse. Another drawback is they do not accept any payment method such as phonepe, googlepay and debit or credit card. Overall I would not recommend any of you to go to this hotel and waste your money. 

totally negative experience

I stayed there earlier and the stay was good. But this time, despite calling (whatsapp, as suggested), they never confirmed. After calling again, they confirmed and asked me to come out of Gate 1A/1B. Waited outside for 30 mins, no one with name placard. My International phone wasn't getting any signals, so struggled to call. Finally, after an International Call, I found out that they were waiting at Gate 3C ? Anyway, had to wait for some other party to check-in, even if I arrived before them. I requested a room far from the Road (for Noise), both during the phone request and during the check-in, but was given a room near the Road. Requested Geyser (Central one) to be turned On - twice - via the Room Attendent and calling the Reception, but no hot water even after 1 hour. So had to go to bed without a shower. The Bed sheet had marks. No Service but every one eager for a Tip ! I don't think I'd be staying there again.
