World Choice Vishwaratna Prestige Hotel

Vishwarathna Hotel at AT Road is one of my favourite places to stay , the staff are wonderful specially Sandhya and Preeti and not forgetting Mr Prakekh as he supervises everything as the residential manager , I have being coming here since it opened and never looked back to another hotel, the food is excellent and rooms are spic and span.

We BVG India Ltd had booked this hotel for Khelo India Youth Games 2020 from 14th of Jan 2020 to 22nd Jan 2020 . In this hotel total 3 States Teams (Maharashtra , Assam & Punjab ) were accommodated . First of all I would like to thank you to Mr.Birju Shah Sir for his kind co-operation and for enabling smooth operations Special thanks extended to Miss. Sandhya Gupta Mam from reception for her quick action while allocation of the rooms & Mr . Naujulda for giving us Excellent Tea during our Visit in the Morning .

The food of this property is fabulous with the good taste & overall great experience.

All staff of the hotel was so eager to assist from the moment we enters this hotel. Hotel is well maintained neat and clean, they make this hotel what it is. From the security staff, cleaning room people, waiters, bel boy and reception staff. You guys are the best. Thank you for your kind hospitality and great service. I will give 5/5.

I was here for a business seminar, Hotel is situated in the heart of city. Lobby and halls were decent and services offered was also excellent. Food options were great. Overall experience of the hotel was remarkable. Other amenities was quite good and decent.

We had a wonderful stay here in April.  First off the check in was smooth and the rooms were clean.  Mr Rajiv Bora was very helpful.  Food was also excellent especially the breakfast buffet.  It was priceworthy and the service was good.  Definitely staying again. 

Very good hotel with good rooms and service. specially very cooperative staff and management. They Helped us for our wrong date booking by agent and gave very comfortable stay.  Special thanks to Front office team.

One of the best hotel to stay in Guwahati.

Wonderful stay

VERY GOOD HOTEL

Nice lobby, decent well behaved staff, this hotel actually made a very good first impression. The rooms however were windowless ( had a window overlooking a dark concrete quadrangle sharing space with another miserable sundry office).

A breakfast on the house was decent enough and did some what  make up for the windowless room 

Perhaps because we booked through MakeMyTrip.com we were allotted the worst room in the hotel ?

Windowless Rooms

We stayed for a night,requested for a room with minimum noise but got the room right above the road and the traffic noise could be heard till midnight.
The staff is courteous and helpful.They assisted in arranging taxis for us.
The good quality and quantity is good antis delicious.
The location is right on the main road,easy access around but too noisy.
The kamakhya temple is also easily accessible.

Perfect location and good food.

I booked deluxe room in Vishwaratna Hotel for two nights on February 12th & 13th. Stayed in Room 416 facing the main road.

Pros:
Centrally Located. Walking distance to Paltan Bazzar, Railway Station and the Bus Stand.
Service oriented staff of Front Desk, Room Service and the Bell Boys
Good Internet connect (permitted for only one device)   
Good buffet breakfast
Nice lobby located on the 2nd floor

Cons:
Entrance only from the basement car park. Very unusual for a 3 star hotel
The hotel occupies only half the building pictured the other half is occupied by other commercial establishments. 
Constant and high noise pollution due to traffic and ambulances. Bad sound proofing. 
The deluxe room I reserved is extremely small so also the bed and the washroom.
The cleanliness of the room and the washroom in average. (The shower did not work, and on both the days I had muddy water flowing through the tap for my bath).
Taste of food is average but expensive when ordered to the room.
Buffet breakfast was served in the bar. 
The room does not  have central Air-Condition but operates on split AC

The management is not friendly at all, Manager does not speak properly,asking full payment in advance before check-in,rooms condition is not good,poor bed,other guest were making noise till late night boozing in singing, disturbing others but management has no control  over it. 

Advice to owner- you spent huge money on building this hotel, atleast Pay 5000 extra and hire a good manager. Ur manager look n behave like auto driver.
