Had a an amazing time throughout our stay. A comforting hospitality service with a sense of homely feeling. The handler of the apartment Miss Sudha Mehta did incredibly well with her cheerfully top notch professionalism treat, always making sure we having a great time India and most importantly a comfortable stay at the Perch.

The place is really nice. I had a comfortable stay, with full cooperation from the staff. They are available at your service, all the time. It’s close to the airport as well, so it adds to the convenience. Highly recommended spot for a reasonable stay in Gurgaon.

I didn't have much from inroom dining since the first impression was not really good. I know he tried to make with he had in the night but if he was out of food at 9 pm , should have been honest rather do the circus work he did and left us hungry at night . We did Zomato from there on. Even if he made tasty food i would not know.

If you come to this apartment stay , you’ll be treated with most warm and personal touch. Madam Samar at the reception is the sweetest, not to forget the amazing cleaning staff, they clean the apartment everyday and even wash used utensils. It’s at a prime location ,5 minutes drive from metro station. It not only felt safe but also felt like home.

Great place, exactly as described, location is excellent. Food service is a massive plus, the staff is super helpful. We would definitely go there again whenever the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business meeting in unitech cyber park.staff was really polite and helpful.food was tasty and delicious.
Daily housekeeping is an added advantage.good gym is also available within the property.

The quality of staff overseeing food services, house keeping, front office and security was outstanding. Staff were motivated and responded promptly to our requests such as internet connectivity, TV connectivity and arranging transport etc. In particular, Mr Vishal Kumar, the Property Manager, was very helpful. We could contact him 24/7 for matters such as travel arrangements and he would ensure that the service of even external providers were completed as scheduled. A typical example of his dedication was our last day at the facility when we were departing for London on a flight scheduled at 3.20 am. Vishal called the Security Officer at the facility to ensure that the car had arrived as scheduled. We had a comfortable and happy stay and unequivocally rate 'Perch Service Apartments' at Sector 40, Gurugram to be an excellent place to stay.

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt, the fitness gym helped us keep fit & warm up during winter, very delicious meals provided & the manager Mr. Kumar Vishal swiftly responded to all our requests.

Staying at apartment is good when you want to make your own food. For that reason, we took apartments until my health recovery from surgery.
 If you do not want to cook yourself and want to order your meal from them, they will make according to your choice .  That is why I loved this place and was convenience for me.
If you want to walk in the morning, they have Publick garden garden in front of  of the building where  community people hang out and  walk arround for their fitness.

Three months stay en-route to Australia: Two adults and a cat

It is a very good place. The accommodations are sound and the staff very helpful day and night.

I'm an expat from Europe and I stayed there for 3+ years because they made me feel at home. It is not a hotel but a service apartment, meaning that you can enjoy some privacy & some "home style" comfort but still you can count on the Perch staff for cleaning, cooking or anything else.

A very special thanks to Vishal, Sanjay, Animesh, Sushila & aunti's and the guard. I look forward coming back :) The owner, Mrs Singh, was also regularly visiting, ensuring good care of the place.

A great stay for many months

I took a 2 bedroom flat and then an additional studio from Perch. I was visiting from london for my mom’s medical issues. Stayed here and it was so lovely. The flat is a smart structure with French windows and maintained well. The staff were the highlight of my trip, led by Aniket Singh they are there all the time to go above and beyond to make your comfortable. Aniket thanks to you and your team, my parents loved the stay and I will definitely come back.
