Hi iam neel .the property name is global residency .very comfortable. And many cordite staff .overall stay was very good .location also very easy for found. If you need something buy you see just front .there are galleria market .iam very happy. When iam going to Gurgoun .I chose this property only .thank you Oyo room .for corporate people

Hey friends. I am sharing my comments about Global residency ( Oyo Rooms) hotel located at plot no.  1213. Sector 43  Gurgaon. Perfectly located just oppossite the happening Gileria market very near to IFFCO CHOWK metro station. I like this hotel bcaz of its ambience it's big size of rooms and bathroom. Neat and clean. Friendly behavior of all the staff members. And most important is Goodb Food. 3 years ago first time I stayed here and after that I never go to other place to stay. This shows how good it is. So in my opinion u will feel like u r at your own house this is the perfect place for cool and pleasant stay.

I mikky checked  in this  property  dated 10 th and will be checked  out 13 th July .I would fine .It's excellent  property with good  staff  good  service  and at prime location  like once again  appreciate  staff and property  and would  suggest  to my friends and my office colleagues this  place. Everything that can go wrong, went horribly wrong for us.

It was a midnight check-in and we had decent expectations of this place given the proactive follow-ups the OYO team was doing ahead of our visit.

The front desk lead us to show the rooms. My eyes sighted something scurrying across the room. eeks, It was a mouse!! I continued looking, and it ran back in the other direction. Not something we expected to see even in a low budget hotel.

I reported the issue, the front desk re-assigned two other rooms (for a family of four). These rooms are at at arm's length distance(literally) from the front desk. No option but took the rooms. There was loud talking noise through the night, so disturbed sleep.

Ordered for Coffee in the morning, took almost 45mins. So cancelled it.

Breakfast was a disaster - the dining place is like a small living room (or a spacious bedroom at best) which is enough to seat 2 or 3 families. The hotel has 28 rooms! We waited for sometime to get a free table. Food was cold, and worse many of them were unavailable at 10am. Staff were clueless about checking quantities and re-arranging. We were met with a "we will order, but will take 20mins atleast" answer on asking for a refill. Wanted to meanwhile try cornflakes, but no milk!! hence Coffee was unavailable too. Cutlery were not in place, no one to get stuff cleaned unless asked for.

A Manager appeared and got some refill, in no time. Didnt need 20mins. Still no milk for Coffee. Cornflakes appeared to have some black specks floating, by now we had enough of this place and decided to check out.

Since we reported the mouse incident, the Oyo central team waived off penalty for early checkout and the dinner of the previous day (3 plates of parathas).

Didnt have very high expectations to begin with, as I have stayed in budget hotel or even Lodges in the past. But havent seen a hotel as dysfunctional as this. Even leaving the Mouse incident aside, the place is horrible when it comes to basic service & staff Quality - they appear rookies, clueless and untrained to handle anything.

This is my first OYO stay (chose it because of the location to an event), wont give it another try anytime soon.

OYO - AYYO, had a nightmarish experience

One of the worst places one can ever stay in. 

Untrained dirty staff with no hygenic sense, nothing is available in this place.  The sheets are dirty and they dont change them for new guests. No milk was available, no breakfast n no eggs too.
Wont recommend to anyone
