I had traveled with my family for the first time to Coimabatore to attend the Maha Shivratri night at the Isha Ashram. I was very happy with the efficiency level of the staff at the hotel. All of them were so courteous n ready to help guests in all needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

My experience was really awesome with this hotel. The location is really nice, it’s hardly 10min walk from shopping area of the main city. Entire staff is very friendly, right from reception to the ones in the restaurant and other maintenance staff. Particularly thr lady who was handling reception (Ms Bharathi) was very humble and cooperative. She answered all questions promptly and helped by providing city locations and shopping related details. Food I the restaurant is good, it suggested to try Paneer Butter Masala which was prepared very tasty. Overall a great experience and would love to check in here again.

We stayed in this hotel last June,then September,October and again in November.We enjoyed our stay each time.Staff are very courteous and cooperative and they are willing to help and support..Rooms are neat and clean.They are spacious too.Location is very good since it is only walkable distance from railway station.Everything is excellent.But the restaurants are slightly expensive.Taste is good.Overall a hotel where everyone can enjoy.

Very good hotel with very good amenities nice ambiance and very good hospitality by front office i am using this hotel since 5 years no complaints at all the best hotel room service is very fast and friendly food quality is very good very nearer to all the places like bustand, railway station and airport and very close to business centre.

centrally located walkable distance from coimbatore central railway station. The staff is very friendly and informative. we conduct meeting regularly. It has attached bar on it basement. The food is excellent. for your business and family stay it is most recommended. 

This is good option for business trips , as this hotel is in very close proximity to railway station. Food , service is good. Rooms are very compact but its Ok. 
Hotel staffs were very cordial . Reasonably priced.

Rathna Residency is one of the very reputed hotels in Coimbatore which is located next to the railway station & collector office. Being an old property its old fashioned with some of the modern facilities. Staff are very courteous & resourceful. They offer complimentary breakfast. Worth for the money yet still a lot of scope for modernization

Good place located in an area behind Coimbatore’s busy Railway station with traffic. Good ambience. New hotel looking for business stays, small conference bookings and buffet dinners. Rooms are small but comfortable. Well appointed. Courteous staff. Medium sized car park.
