This hotel is ideally located in Important place in chennai city connecting Airport, IIT, Anna University etc. Lots of connecting transport available to all places in Chennai. Rooms are clean and with amenities with economical cost also.

It is a  Best Hotel for Middle Class people Budget and location is very near to Anna University, Tidel Park and Guindy Park. Invite with smiling, good communication and guidelines form reception and service everything is good.

It is really surprisingly good!

Location: I don't have much idea about Chennai but its in close proximity to IIT and Anna University 

Rooms: Tiny with barely any space left for movement. AC was not working properly 

Washroom: Unclean and very old towels (see the floor and taps) 

The experience was so bad that after one night, I decided to move out. The hotel management, then moved me to 'suit' which again was just manageable 

Food and restaurant: No restaurant but they serve breakfast from local shop only to lure customers for 'room + breakfast' deal 

Hotel management: Friendly though 



Nothing is great. Standard rooms are not worthy of the money

Parking space present. Food is brought from nearby restaurant. There is a garbage dumping area just outside its entrance which is an eyesore. I have stayed here on 3 occasions since 2014 which means that I have been not too unhappy about the services. AC and linen ok.  Overall cleanliness inside the hotel is acceptable.

Decent budget hotel

Nice staff . Worn out equipment. But cheap and clean. Opposite is dominos pizza. Near by are A/C testauranrs. The beaches aren t far away around 2 to 3 km.
Bit noise dze to the nearby toad. At the time i stayed there where construction going on.
