Resort is well built in the midst of nature . 
I and my cousins enjoyed the time we spent in Basketball court and Tennis court. the kids enjoyed playing shuttle cock . We played Billiards , table tennis and chess.
Its has q very well maintained swimming pool .
Good staff , good food , excellent rooms and ambience !
Coconut ,Teak ,Neem and variety of trees surround the resort .
I have visited this resort 5 times over the past 4 years .
Each visit was as good as the first !
I am waiting for my next visit to the resort .

It was time to relax as the work tension due to approaching year end and heating-up summer was getting to our head. Called up old Buddies (ex-HTA group) and fixed up an unknown or rather lesser known destination after thorough search on google. This is not a famous tourist destination but a small farm-house like resort with about 8 cozy rooms that are well lit, spacious with AC, attached bath rooms and fans. 6 rooms are facing the swimming pool and that is the best part as  the very view from the entrance of your room is soothing to the eyes. Pool is well maintained, food is good (only vegetarian) and if you need non-veg, it is made to order (doesn't taste great though!)

There are pathways for walking, relaxing and of course a very good Table Tennis room attached with a Billiards room. There are Basket-ball & Tennis courts as well. The property is around 30-35 acres and is quite with only chirping birds/cuckoo's sounds! This resort is around 20 km away from main Mandya city and the last 3 km you have to drive on kachcha road along Vishveswaraya canal.

The staff are well behaved, service is good and very responsive to requests. If you decide to fix on a quick get away without too much driving, but really quite place close to Bangalore, this is the place to go!

Reaching this place is little tiresome as last time we travelled used GPS ,but when we almost reached this destination there was some work was going on so we had change our route and reach the place.Restaurant is serving good food .however booking is preferred.
Overalll good place for family outing.

Good relaxing place with good greenery and a huge list of activities to choose from. A good place for family and friends to enjoy! Various sports available are tennis, swimming pool, basket ball, cricket, swimming, badminton.

Weekend Holiday close to Bangalore

Good weekend Place !!

A great place to cool off in the midst of nature, Lot of activities to do.

Nice, relaxing place!

This resort is about two hour drive from Bangalore and is located inside a village in Mandya. It take a wee bit of off roading to get to the property. The property is good for team outings and there are some rooms and a restaurant for over night stay. It's kinda secluded and it is preferable to drive to the resort in a own vehicle. 
They have a tennis court, a small pool, a badminton court and a basketball court inside for entertainment. The farm house is consists of  plots of private owners and same can be explored on foot. The restaurant provides food on request and if you want a lavish meal it would be a good option to book before reaching the property.

Resort far away from the crowds of Bangalore

Worst service, unclean bathrooms, no power at night & many mosquitos. Resort staff is careless. Resort owner Kodanda is totally irresponsible fellow. Did not care at all when contacted over phone . Ignorant arrogant person. Google reviews seem fake /managed. Waste of money.
