We took 5 rooms. Less than 60 meters from Temple, karivena satram. Clean rooms with AC in working condition. Lift, parking available. Friendly staff and great and helpful owners. Value for money. We could go to temple multiple times and were well guided by the hotel staff

Good Hotel , Cleaning  is Good, There is no Food in this Hotel , Staff is Good.
Very near to Templete and good , Those who are going here, choose this one, There is street food near to this Hotel and they are good.
Staff is good, But check-ins timings are differet here.

Based on reviews here, I went and took a double occupancy room. Very Good. 
My request to the owner is, can a veg restaurant please be added? 

I do not know about other hotels, but there were no mosquitoes at all, which normally is there everywhere!

Very close to the temple , so very convenient for early morning Farah and. But the roads to the hotel is narrow. The hotel has decent underground parking - not sure how it will work during peak days.  

The linens are pretty average. 
Hot water is good. 
Have elevators for older folks. 

It is a good low cost option with a good access to temple. 

Walkable distance from Temple, [hardly 5 minutes], located in a narrow street, opp to Jeeyar Mutt. Room neat & clean, spacious, good AC, hot water, very courteous staff etc., Only negative point is that tariff is higher for the place. Located above marriage hall. Big cars may find little difficult to park inside cellar. otherwise a good /secured place to stay with family.   

The Hotel is located at awalking distance from the Temple. The Tarff is reasonable. The Rooms are functional and Staff friendly. The Down side is that it has no restaurant.But if your purpose is to visit Temple it serves

Very clean,well maintained. Location is very convenient,close to the rear entrance of the temple. Coffee and tea are available .There are few teashops located near the temple also. Good restaurants like Raghavendra tiffin center are available near bus stand. The persons available in the reception area are very helpful .

1. It is a decent well maintained property with close proximity to temple. 
2. The room was ready when we arrived and we were provided bath towels and soap
3. Hot water is available all time this was very nice
4. They don't have a restaurant but can arrange you water bottles and milk, we got milk in a flask for our one year old kid.
5. Remember as already in their tnc, Pan card is not a valid proof
6. They have a 8AM check in / check out policy and the attendant started reminding us from morning 5.30 onwards which was a little irritating, at one time he said we were supposed to leave at 6, and I walked to reception to complain, 
7. The gentleman at reception said it takes some time to clean room etc., OK but you can't keep reminding guests every 30 mins once from morning 5.30 to vacate at 8
8. Wifi was available and usable (not high speed though)

Summarizing, It is very close to temple, just a 5 min walk (or even less), rooms are spacious & well maintained and you get hot water all day. There is a complementary wifi and hotel staff can arrange water bottles/ cool drinks/ milk etc., Overall I would recommend the hotel with out any hesitation for any one who is coming to visit the temple.

Hotel is located 500 Mts from main temple but at the same time it's right in middle of residential area. The lane is very narrow if residents park their car on road it will be very difficult to take your car till the hotel. 

Parking: Hardly 4 to 5 cars fit in basement. During my visit, They have rented the function hall in first floor for some birthday party and food preparation was made in basement. Hence they asked us to park the car outside. 

Room: Rooms are maintained well but the aminities are not so good. They only give one towel even if guests are more than one. We have booked to two rooms and they gave only one AC remote. After asking for three to four times, they have given the remote. Food facility is not there. 

I've made online payment for 2 rooms, one with 2 guests and another with 3 guests which the management is not at all aware of. They started asking money for additional person in 2nd room. I had to again open mmt app to show them that I had made the payment accordingly

Management is not efficient and helping

This hotel is more expensive than any other place of similar standards in badrachalam. The owner is always sitting in the corridor and screaming. He keeps watching the occupants and nagging them about not to use lifts and hot water during day etc. the Boy at the front desk is good for nothing - his readymade answer is to say no to anything for simple requests like a pillow or a clean blanket. The rooms are okay, basic things like blankets are not provided leaving us cold and sleepless, so we had to switch off the AC. Later the room boy told us that blankets are not provided because guests would keep AC on all night if they had blankets and increase the electricity consumption. The front desk guy will be waiting for owner to go home in the night and will be watching all sleezy movies on the reception TV all night. Gives a very shady look to this place. Very noisy and a low place, but with costs very high from what looks like a greedy owner. He seem to be running the place with only one time customers who are not aware or who do not have a choice. Place was quite empty, but keeps saying it’s full. We were asked to vacate at 6 am as there were guests expected at 8 am. We checked in only at 5 PM the previous night and during booking he said it’s 24 hours, later upon arrival he said 24 hrs from 8 am to 8 am, which is a bit crazy and there was no need to say 24 hrs of he. 8-8 was the policy. Very disappointed so please avoid, you will have better choices
