Good hotel, Great location, A budget business class hotel At Kurnool, recommended other. 
Break fast is good 
For Group business is good and staff al so good for Hospitality and service When ever I come I will visit the Hotel

This hotel is located on bellary road, near RTC bus stand and located near to bus stand and 10-15 mins travel from railway station. I have booked a room for my business purpose and it was around 2400 rs and it was a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Their service is very good and they have provided a complimentary breakfast which was very nice as well.

We are on the way to visit temples near by Kurnool in & around areas to visit the temples near Nandyal in Ahobhilam,Yaganti & Gandikota caves & all the places to look around.all are located in the radius of 100 kilometres.

We on our journey to Tirupati stayed here

Good Budget Business Hotel

Good Hotel with Standard type of living

Best place to stay in Kurnool

We happen to have stayed in this hotel for one night, while we had a long journey to proceed the next morning. 

It was just a decent hotel to stop by for the night, (though the cleanliness was alright ), it may not be an ideal hotel in case one expects the facilities of a good hotel stay for the family. There were issues with AC, Hot water for showers, Arrangement for hot water to make your own coffee, etc...

Maintenance of the equipment was perhaps one of the major issues that the hotel was facing, though the cleanliness was also not really that worth a mention.

Just in par Hotel for a Transit

Terrible service levels at Sign - right from the time I called up to reconfirm my reservation. Can you believe they also made me wait for 20 mins at midnight to get me a room !   Place is ok ok on hygiene but they really need to upgrade their rooms and their customer service - also have the same rules for customers whether they booked online or offline. I mean - no reservation clerk will tell you that since there is a commission paid there is a different check out time for online bookings !   Coming to the room, it looked like one placed between bars with bottles all over the corridor.

A forgettable stay at Sign Regency

Staff attitude has to be changed. Food is good but very expensive.  Needs lot of improvement in terms of quality service, attitude and keeping amenities and complimentary thing without requesting seperately and should be done promtptly

Hotel is clean but AC., TV are not in working condition

Staff are rude to customers better to hire well educated people. Not at all responsible staff. Hospitality is zero here. Don't know why we pay that much for such horrible hospitality. Even in an executive room they are giving only a single towel.
