The staff of the hotel was also very cooperative. Hospitality service, cleanliness was too good.
My train was at 8.00 am so i had to check out by 7.15am. Thought breakfast was complimentary and restaurant starting time was 8.00 am they prepare breakfast for us at 7.00am. That was a great. Location is also too good without any outside disturbance.

Rooms are good and spacious in this hotel. They are providing a complimentary breakfast which is good and tasty. Apart from this the hotel provides free wifi but we can get the signal inside the rooms. And the wardrobes are not clean and can able to see small cockroaches roaming in the room. Now the name of the hotel got changed to Aaditya continental. Regarding the staff they are good. Overall good hotel to stay but if they keep the rooms properly then its a better place to stay in amristar which is nearby bus stand.

I went to this hotel with my wife on a 2 day trip to amritsar. This hotel is located conveniently near the railway station and as far as the rooms are concerned, they were really good and the airconditioners were very effective. Since it was in the month of April the weather was quite warm. The hospitality and the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous towards us.

It was nice to stay at Hotel Aaditya Continental. The room was well maintained with all amenities.

Good hotel

Very Nice Hotel and Proffesional Staff

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and all I could say is this is the most pathetic hotel stay experience I got in my entire life. There is a list of issues but can't put everything here so some of the most desgusting things that happened are :

1. I called the hotel 2 hours before we were about to reach the hotel and yet we were asked to wait for 15-20 minutes for check-in.

2. As we did the overnight journey, we wanted to relax and have a good bath so asked them to on the geyser for hot water. Only one person among the three of us was able to take a bath with hot water and then it stopped. It was cold and there was no hot water on very first day. Basically, in the cold weather we expect 24 hours running hot water but there was a limited time for that.

3. There were stains (the big ones) on their quilt/blanket.(photo attached)

4. There intercom was not working so we were not able to contact reception/kitchen/house keeping. We asked to get this fixed so they gave me a mobile number to contact the reception. I tried twice to call on that number but both the times that was switched off. For every single thing we needed like water, bed etc., We hade to walk downstairs every time.

5. We checked in around 2 PM and asked them to add an extra bed as we were three person. The reception guy said that he will get it done at night. At night around 10, we again asked for extra bed and he told me that he'll provide it in next 10 minutes. We waited till 12:30 AM and then again walked downstairs and asked for the same again. Finally, then we got it done but without pillow. Specifically asked for pillow but he ignored and one of us had to sleep without pillow.

6. There were bed bugs and cockroaches in entire room and the bathroom. (Photo attached)

7. Walls were dirty and having some blood stains as well. (Photo attached)

8. Behind the bed, there were some empty condom pouches and injection syringe (Photo attached) with lot of dust and other garbage. (Photo attached)

9. There TV was not working properly as the cable was loose so the reception guy supported the cable by using glass and soap, "Desi jugaad". TV started but there were no channels available. Only 1-2 news channels and many regional punjabi channels were available to watch so the jugaad was waste.

10. No ventilation like window or exhaust fan in room and bathroom.

11. AC was not working as well.

13. No extra blankets, pillows etc.

14. Location is a bit far from Golden Temple. 

Overall, Don't go on outside looks. This is a pathetic hotel with disgusting staff and service. Better to stay somewhere nearby golden temple or in any Golden Temple Sarai. Avoid this hotel.

Horrible Stay

I was on a trip to Amritsar and I choose this hotel ahead of oyo rooms which was my biggest mistake 
I ordered a normal glass of water it takes 45 minutes for them to deliver it. 
The hotels food was very expensive so we ordered something from outside and they refused to give extra plates and bowl at that point of time.
Never go for this shirt.

Poor customer service and don't know the definition of hospitality

When we checked in, we were offered two rooms, one of which was a double room and the other a single, without working AC. Though we were offered another single room with AC but the washroom was not upto the mark. The reason I gave a single star is, as we were not sure of the quality of food here and because we wanted to taste food of a local vendor at Amritsar, we brought it from outside and wanted plates for the same. The response was absurd. Not acceptable from a hotel charging a decent amount of money. Please look for different options for better customer service as I am pretty sure there are plenty of better options out there. Had to call thrice for drinking water and to our utter surprise we were offered hot water. I would prefer you to go for Oyo rooms.
