I have visited in this resort first time and Its a nice place to stay in tree house and food was amazing and staff was very cooperative and helpful, comfortable stay and all are good memorable experience keep it up guys. 

Comfortable stay 

I along with 4 other friends stayed here yesterday. The place when you arrive gives you very positive feel. The field outside is perfect for playing cricket which we did.

We booked a cottage amd super deluxe room for 5 pax. But actually we could have accommodated one more person in the cottage as it was very huge. 

They have their own lebras, rabbits, birds etc. And yes property is really very very huge. The staff is friendly and always ready to give you prompt service. As I am a Delhite, I want the food to be good if nothing else could be and it was actually very tasty. 

It is a perfect destination for friends to have a weekend getaway. I have given 4 stars because of their power back up. The electricity is problem. Theh have generator facility but still it was the only turn off of this property.

Close to nature..

I booked this resort via V resorts for December 2019 for my family stay for my wedding and we booked the entire property. Now V resorts called me up and said that Thier contract with master farms got terminated and they cancelled my booking. I had planned my mehandi and haldi there, booked the decoration guys as well. So please don't trust v resorts and neither master farms, they both can ditch you. V resorts need to improvise your contract and try to have written communication with the property owner so that if they are not the part of your umbrella then atleast you have some proof that you did the booking and you should have tried to give me some other property but no help was given from your end, just a good thing that you returned my money without any follow up but at this point I was looking more than the return of money as you spoiled my whole plan for my functions. Going forward don't take these types of bookings as you can not trust the contracts as well.

V resorts

We reached the resort on 30th may 2018 at 12:30. Ours was an all meals included plan. when we reached the room, the ac was not working. There was a lizard in the bath tub and a rat in the room. When we complained about the AC, we were told that due to voltage fluctuation, the AC does not work sometimes. They asked us to wait while they tried to fix the AC. In the meanwhile we were served lunch (which was supposed to be a buffet). We were served aloo subzi, yellow dal and one paneer dish. No option for non vegetarians. And when we asked for dahi, we were told that it was not included in our MENU. The so called swimming pool was so dirty that it cant be described. Then after the lunch we checked the AC again, it was still not working. 

Now we could not have stayed there without the AC, so we asked for a refund and we wanted to shift out. The manager on duty agreed that it is all there fault but refused to return our money, as it was against their policy.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.I finally shifted to other hotel which i had to book at a very high price and they did not refund my money. Now I am moving consumer court for the same.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Never recommend this property to any other traveller. I had a horrible experience of V resort Master Farm,Zirakpur Chandigarh.I stayed for 01 night only (26th May Check -In and check out on 27th May).I booked Tree House room through Goibibo with Breakfast, for my satisfaction before the booking i contacted to v resort central reservation to check the property features and facilities. As per them i never forget the experience for v resort zirkpur, Yes IT'S TRUE BUT IN NEGATIVE WAY. I Checked in around 12 Noon. I have done the all check in formalities. At the time of check In Welcome drink or water was spouse to serve but it was not don. As per the V resort reservation team some home made food hamper also will give at the time of arrival,which was not there. 

I checked into my room with the room attendant. He was trying to open the door but door was fully jam and H/K person and me struggling to open the door and finally we did it 

I entered in the room wooden flooring is broken from bed side and floor was shaking very badly. I try to call to the front office for the feedback and room telephone is full with dust. I called to the front office and front office man (Mr. Sandeep) come with Housekeeping person. I explained him about the room and maintenance part and he revert i clean the phone dust and clear the cop web. I have attached 02 photos just as a sample for you . There is 100 of things which was not ok. Please check the few as follow. 
•	Tear linen. Broken 
•	Telephone lines. (In upgraded room)
•	Hot and Cold water not properly running. 
•	Lizard’s in the room. 
•	AC not working properly. 
•	Shower not works. 
•	Only 04 to 05 things in the menu. very very limited menu. (But 01 or 02 is not available)

You people change the meaning of hospitality.
