Weekend well spent
Visited for a weekend getaway and had such a peaceful experience here. The place is in midst of silence away from the hustle of the city… has plenty decent activities to be enjoyed within the resort itself.
Staff here is commendable.. very friendly ,humble and helpful. We had to arrange a small birthday party which they totally supported as our own people.
Food here is average.. but yeah they take care of the inputs or any special requests over the food as well.
For room we choose the balcony room option and the money paid extra for balcony is totally worth .. the green view and the moments to be enjoyed in solitude is what it provides. Rooms too were massive and clean.
Totally loved the stay here, would surely recommend to others as well

Great ambiance. Humble staff, must try malnad style food, clean and hygiene rooms. Had a great time with family enjoyed each and every min here. Would love to come to this place every month. Best stay in bellur

Very nice resort, that exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The staff is amazing, extremely hospitable and courteous and go out of the way to make visitors comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and well anointed. They have a wide variety of trees, with good amount of birds visiting. The food is great, esp. the local Malnad food. The food is made from freshly ground spices and fresh vegetables. All experiences very fantastic. If Indian traditional fare interests you, then this is place to stay ... 

Dwarasamudra Resort was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was always so nice and helpful and the food was so delicious...especially the breakfast! I couldn't have been happier with the hospitality that they provided to me during my stay. They even went out of their way to help me with some travel arrangements I had made before my arrival.

‌If you are looking for great escape in nature @dwarsamudra resort is perfect quaint destination for you. Their villas have courtyard style architecture and decor is influenced by Kerala; Rajasthan and Karnataka states. The food served is North Indian and South Indian. They have facility of bonfire in the evening and have indoor games for recreation. Coffee plantation and Swimming pool is also there. Their villas are very spacious and staff is  extremely courteous.  You can take your pets along.The guests here are greeted by peacocks and other birds. At present there are 12 villas and soon they will be expanding to 30 .Nearby place of interest is Belur temple and halebidu temple which guests can explore. The resort is spread over  30 acres and it can be perfect destination for hosting engagement and wedding function. 

After a long time we had a wonderful time. staff was so helpful and humble, love the food and ambience definitely will recommend to our friends and family. One of the best advantage is there are pet friendly resorts

Beautiful resort to stay with family. Food was excellent and best villas. I would like to stay again wen I vist Belur and its pet friendly resorts too. We loved the environment and we and our family members r happy with the stay.

Memorable experience at Green pastures! 

Green Pastures Coorg was an unforgettable experience. As hosts, Hemanth’s family were extremely kind and understanding. We had booked the whole place for ourselves as we were a family of 5 (3 rooms home stay but Hemanth agreed not to give 1 vacant room to other guests considering the pandemic situation). The house itself is surrounded by Coffee plantations and the sit out is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Our family was treated as an extended family which we felt very happy. Special mention for the authentic and seasonal delicacies they served (there was so much effort to make sure we get good & tasty food with lots of variety). My son thoroughly enjoyed bird photography as we got to see some nice & tiny birds early in the morning.  Local sightseeing places suggested by Hemanth were awesome (local places which is not in the tourist attractions yet beautiful places to visit). This review will not be complete without mentioning Hemanth’s helper Suresh name, he attended to our every requirement and kept the place clean and tidy.  We recommend families to stay at this place. It is value-for-money and we are going to return to this place again soon to work from there for few days. I would highly recommend this home stay if you are looking for a peaceful, clean, and friendly place with authentic food.

My siblings and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days stay at Green Pastures (Gem of a place) off the beaten track. 
Hemant and Tripula take hospitality to a different level. The best hosts. Nothing is too much for them. Pointing out scenic spots, sourcing authentic coorg spices, restaurants, u name it and they are ever ready to assist. A+ for cleanliness. 

Tripula is an excellent cook and her breakfast and dinner menus are amazing. Her idlis are out of this world. We all foodies and seasoned travellers were truly delighted with her delicious food. 

28 October was cold and we enjoyed a Bon Fire. Their man Friday Prakash is excellent. Very efficient and helpful.

Rejuvenating and joyful experience

About 17 of us ( High school classmates met after 30 years) visited this place last week ( 9/10 March'2019). Location is absolutely rusty & rural,amid small coffee plantation. the building is new , just may be 6-8 year old but looks very ethic. rooms /bedding is really good. sitting area is good. built in old style "Totti mane"- common in Malnad & coastal karnataka. hospitality was excellent . there are 2-3 guys to take care of guests. one of them is Tyagaraj, excellent guy. there is swimming pool, small but good enough to enjoy. in winter you can have camp fire too..
 Belur & Halebeed , 2 heritage towns are close to the resort..
All in all we enjoyed & liked this place

One of the best rural resort

We visited Belur, last week and stayed 2nights  at The Green pastures resort, which is located about 13 kms from Belur town,It was`a fascinating experience for me and the family as we could able to forget almost everything there ( I mean all our tensions ) believe me, I was so much excited to go there as it was in the middle of the  plantations. The resort is full of nature it is a 14 acre property and full of nature's glory It has a cofee plantation and a pine apple , Jack fruit garden.It has beautiful heritage building type of  rooms with excellent food .

NONE OF THE COTTAGES  HAVE A TV, A/C in the room, only fan is provided there as they say that even fan is not required as it always remains cool.The most exciting  thing is the way the cottages are built ,giving a heritage look and the detailing done in maintaining it. the interiors are awesome. Swimming pool is also very good.
 I am fully endorsing this resort..indeed as it has given me so much happiness.

 I wish that my friends who are in Karnataka / India / abroad should visit this place.This is full of nature, greenery and excitement.

A special thanks to Mr Dileep, who is a care taker of this resort for the excellent hospitality extended to us. Last but not the least, the food was fabulous and very tasty and we enjoyed all 3 meals, which comes as a package.

Never miss an opportunity to visit this place.
