few days back am stayed there with my family... we booked 2 deluxe a/c rooms... rooms are very nice. stafs and manager are helpful & good corporation..complimentory breakfast was awesome... very nice balcony attached rooms.neat and cleaned bathrooms and accessaries...nice experiance...really awesome

picasso castle is good hotel for comfortable and relaxable stay. the rooms of hotel are clean,  spacious neat and clean  with varieties of facility. hotel staff also supportive and mannered. this hotel is one of the good hotel for stay.

Excellent Luxury stay. We booked a suite for Rs. 5000/- per day. Room was extra large, very convenient, spacious, neat, tidy and clean. Plasma TV, AC, Fan, Hair dryers and many more amenities. Bathrooms too were very large and excellent neatness. The bed was so so comfortable for a peaceful sleep. Other low cost rooms were also available.

Superb Boutique Hotel

Relaxable stay

no words to explain...

We booked the hotel through oyo app and the pictures shown in the app were quite good looking. 
When we reached the hotel, after looking at the reception area itself, we got a bad vibe about the place, the reception were all dirty
there was no one at the reception while we reached,  later a lady came and she enquired us about our booking.The tone of her conversation was rude and offensive
She was talking as if she is doing us a favor and not doing her job she is supposed to do
later a guy came and collected our IDs and went into a room, he left us waiting in the reception for about 20 minutes the he came out and told us our room is in the second floor
and gave us the room number.
no one was there to take us to the room
I was really disappointed,  i wanted to cancel the stay and but the hassle in booking another hotel and migrating to another location blocked me, afterall both of us were really tired, but the real horror started when we reached the room it was all dirty
there was no lock in the bathroom door
bed lines looked like it hasn't been washed for a month atleast. Bathroom was terrible
floor was all dirty,  towels looked more dirtu than door mats and above all the smell was awful. 
That was it for us,  we decided we are not staying in this hotel we called the oyo helpline number and requested for hotel changing we were ready to pay whatever extra cost that might occur, 
The oyo captain was helpful
he understood our trouble and contacted the hotel manager to resolve our issue, Moments later an elderly man came to our room and enquired us abou our issue,  we showed him how dirty the bathrooms and bed sheets are,  he looked casually like its not a bigdeal and we are making unnecessary issues, he the asked us why did we contact the oyo helpline and told us  we shouldn't have contacted the oyo, we should have  discussed our issue with the hotel management. 
Then he told us few more rooms and and said we could select whatever room we want, with half mind
I selected a room which looked ok for the situation
He gave me his card and left, this room was better than the previous one but 
it was not a good room either.
there were insects inside wardrobe.
Leakage in bathroom fixtures, water tasted awful.
There was only one plugpoint provided in this room and that too for the tv, 
anyway the Tv wasnt working 
so that wasnt a problem at all.
Heater was not working so
hot water bath was out of the equation 
after all this we decided to adjsut for a day and leave as early as possible.

but that wasnt all,  at around 11:30
We heard someone trying to open the bedroom door, there was continous pulling in the handle lever and then knocking at the door started,
I asked,  who's it? But no one replied,  the knocking continued,
I then opened the door slightly,  there was a bearded man standing there,  fully drunk, he asked me to open, "Khollo khollo" he said, i shut the door immediately and locked it, there was any other locks available for the door
By this time my wife was really terrified 
we took the chairs in the room and placed it near the door and jammed the handle bar with the chair, by then the knocking had stopped.
we were really upset, we checked out at the earliest next day.
I'm sharing this experience here so that none of you have to go through this experience while trying to relax at the gorgeous land of alappuzha.



One of the worst Hotel Experience 

Never go there .
It is a hell.
I checked out as quickly as I could.
no water and current supply..
Room condition terrible...
On complaining they started verbal abuse.. 
No maintainence of the rooms and poor quality sorroundings
