The hotel is located very near to the boat jetty and it is very suitable for tourists. But during our stay, the entire area was jam packed due to the temple festival in the locality (Mullakal temple festival) and even pedestrian movement was extremely difficult. So avoid this hotel during the festival time, ie. fourth week of December. The maintenance of the hotel is not perfect, otherwise it is ok.
